good view, food and stay, too many stairs to reach

Good property, A little bit hard to access as it is in between a Jungle. You have to go up by stairs. Rest good view and good service overall.

perfect for nature lover, but you need to use stairs to reach the rooms from ground, that is approx 120 MTRS.

The guest house was ok to stay but the food was expensive but the taste was not good. There were not even slippers in the bathroom which is the case in all guest houses. The blankets that were there were also torn and were smelling. Makemytrip needs to improve this.

It’s in very much outskirts and no facility there and to protect yourself from clod none such facilities provided by hotel. The wooden rooms are very cold and not even i could tried to stay one day because of too much cold

It was a very decent place, rooms are neat and clean, service is good. Food os also very good. Not good for elder people as we have to trek 500 meter

The property didn’t have proper parking and there were too many steps to go the resort from the main road. Whereas it should be reachable by car, we had small kids and aged people who couldn’t walk much but still they had to. So basically we first trekked towards our rooms and then went inside, heaters were not working properly

Overall very good stay and worth the price. Food was good as well and the host services were excellent

The view from the property is beautiful! the property is good but it could be a little more cleaner! staff is polite and helpful! great service from their end! located at a certain height and hence walking to the property is tiring and exhausting!

Outside location from centre of mukteshwar and not convenient for family, little kids and old age persons. I checkout the hotel with in 2 hours.
