Staff was nice but rooms were okay

It was horrible. In tbe morning person said that bteakfast is for only one person. And started fighting

There was no any welcome water for drinking in the room along with hygiene is less in the room and food quality is not up to the mark.

The place is really small & food served was not upto mark at all.

Room is very dirty and bed sheet and blanket is dirty, poor furniture and electrical wiring is not proper

It was very bad experience, staff are very short. Very poor service. Staff locked the main gate of hotel and went outside after calling on phone many times, returns back around half hour. How will responsible if any casualty happened in hotel there was no other exit.

Food was average but price wise worth.
This was average stay & hotel staff was not taking covid situation seriously & they were even not wearing the mask & room was not properly sanitized.

Bad experience, poor condition of the room and bathroom. Lift not working however hotel is situated on second floor. Staff is good but they don't have options to help. Make my trip should consider to recheck hotels, before suggesting.

Situated near Agra Fort right on the road Agra - Delhi. Damp even though it was third floor. Next time I would choose other hotel. And will not recommend this hotel to others.

Relying on the photos provided by MMT, I booked the in Orbit Inn. However, the room was nothing like shown in the picture. The paint was peeling off the walls, washroom was ill maintained and floor tiles were dirty. I complained about the room to hotel staff and they accepted my request to change the room. But, the new room was just bigger and not better. As it was late, I had no option but to stay there. But I would like MMT to review the hotels before posting photos. Also, I expect them to take cognisance of the inconvenience caused and at least partially refund the amount. I paid an amount for that pathetic room but it was not worth it.
