It is a lovely boutique hotel very close to the hub of North Goa. Cozy and clean rooms with very good service

They take the booking and just before you the property they will say it is under renovation and you will be in deep trouble.

Experience at ocean-suite boutique was highly pathetic. The first look at the reception area was only shabby and highly disappointing. They had taken 1 hour extra to provide check in and despite late check in washroom weren’t clean and tidy and used soaps were lying in there. Basic amenities like door mat, waste bin weren’t provided at the room. There was renovation work going on in ground floor, despite this fact yet we were given a ground floor room. There was constant banging noise, drilling sounds, painting and work chip offs at the door step, which wasn’t even cleaned. Even bed wasn’t proper and not comforting at all, no proper basic security at the stay, all doors and gates were open all the time with no one at the reception. No proper receptionist or attendant was there to attend us, even on the check out day no one was present at the reception to at-least drop off the luggage till the car, we had to climb down with entire luggage. No proper parking area. The owner is just so adamant and not considerate at all. We had booked 3 days stay - to relax but our entire trip was ruined because of this stay, our leaves, flight fare everything was flushed and zero experience of peace or calmness, it was a “nightmare “ - the stay at ocean-suite boutique.

Ok, no facility of restaurants, need to order from outside, amenities need improvement, location is good

The stay was amazing, the rooms are so clean and satisfying with an excellent view and ambience and the staff is good and helpful. Especially a guy named shamshad

My stay at Ocean suite hotel nothing short of fantastic. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and upscale experience by the sea.

Room and bathroom is very neat. Very peaceful environment. Pool is also good. Very friendly staff. Location is bit difficult

Area is not good. House is old. No telephone service. Not much staff working. Too costly!

I rated poor because of the service we got from the care taker. We book for 2 adults and 2 child, for children they supposed to give bed. But i got sofa seat has bed for my children. The care taker was rude, he behave as it he is owner.

I can refer this hostel. But check in timing as it was 11am was not so convenient. We reached there at 6 in the morning and waited to check in till 11am. It was so uncomfortable.

It was good hotel all my family members like it next time we will book our hotel from make my trip

Lovely, the pool is amazing, infinity pool, no interruptions, the owner herself was there to greet us.

Excellent big suite rooms. Pool was a bit smaller but water was recycling continuously. Located in a posh residential locality with silent environment.

No one was available at the counter while i checked in. I was keep hitting the doorbell, but no one turned up to attend till 15 mins. Same issue i experienced while checking out.

I did-not stay at the property as this property cannot accommodate our people. We requested the property owner to give refund at-least for 50% they said it is not possible. Then we did-not checked in as we left the money paying and left the property empty without staying as now at-least we expect to give refund. We also contacted to make my trip team members.
