Amenities mentioned are all good for a decent stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and attentive.

The place is not at all as shown in the pics. It's very small. Dark and very disgusting. The bed sheets were not at all clean and the guy who showed us to the room just used one air freshener while showing us into the room. Even then it stinked. Waste of money, we didn't even stay the night and instead booked one room in the hotel infront of it, lemon-mint manor. The stay at lemon-mint was too good and worth the money.

First of all manivin's hotel location was wrong on app and the second thing room cleaning was very poor and smell very bad

Property is less than 500m walk from calangute beach. Breakfast was very tasty. Good parathas, up-ma and chai. Mr. Prabhakar was prompt in response to our needs, especially for our child. Only concern was that the rooms are less spacious but that was as mentioned while booking. Highly recommended for family or friends to stay near calangute beach at reasonable prices. This place is pretty close to the beach, also the stay is also good with a private pool with the owners being very friendly

400 mtrs from calangute beach. Private swimming pool, never crowded. Good huge breakfast. Ideal for all kinds of visitors.
