The hotel is located close to silk shops. The approach road is tight but reachable; and there is underground parking facility. The hotel room is decent for the cost. Staff are courteous. Breakfast is satisfactory with five varieties and good taste. There is no restaurant within the facility for lunch or dinner but Swiggy service covers it. The toilet is clean. Overall the experience is satisfactory.

The rooms were not standard. The window doesnot have any safety. It can be opened from outside. Not value for the price paid.

The rooms were clean and there was good WiFi connectivity and 24hrs hot water was provided. Naveen was a great help to explore the city.

recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience. The room had a bad smell, and the restroom was not properly maintained. The flush wasn’t working fully, and the water tap was in poor condition with only a very small flow of water. The room itself was very small and felt extremely congested. The hotel is located in a very crowded area, and taking a car to the property is quite difficult. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price.

The hotel was a last minute booking made by me as we were travelling to Kanchi from Kumbakonam. It’s an average hotel. The room was decent for 3 of us. They provided an extra mattress for our son for no extra cost! The hotel staff helped us with car parking. In the morning we went for the complimentary breakfast which was served. The food was average taste. There was a cockroach running on the sambar vessel. As soon as we saw it, we finished eating whatever we had left and checked out of the hotel. I would rate the hotel as 7/10 in terms of food, location and facilities

The stay was really pleasant. The hotel is located in a good spot with ample basement car parking. The staff behaviour was also good. The AC in our room stopped working and they arranged a room right next to ours.

Our stay at Niteesh residency is very comfortable. Very accessible for shopping sarees and visiting Kamakshi temple. Breakfast is delicious. Facilities in the hotel are good

The stay is decent, accessible to kanchi temple n shopping area. Accessible auto provided at hotel was very helpful. A small pantry/hotel in the stay would make it a better place

This residency is at perfect location in kanchipuram, near to main market and near to temples ,room is very clean and well maintained ,nice behaviour by staff . I highly recommend this for good and comfortable stay
