Hotel stay was too good..staff was really kind and helpful

Excellent Location, very near the main temple. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Only negative thing is that they have a banquet hall on 4th floor, and they were setting up the room at 11.00 pm in the night. I had to call reception 2-3 times to get the work stopped. Other than that it was great.

Location is very good and near to all the places.. food restaurants are nearby. Rooms are good with clean toilets.. overall good for family tourists

we booked a room for triple sharing.were chwrged Rs500 plus gst...the staff came n just dropped the extra mattress...refused to even spread it out..then asked for a bottle of water for the 3rd person..the reception said only 2 bottles per room n it is chargeable...then the 3rd person was just given a thin white bedsheet ..as she was cold..asked for another blanket...they refused saying only one thing sheet is given with the extra mattress..so we were left shivering in the night...n the door mat at the toilet door was dirty...and not water absorbent.. overall.. not a good experience

there were 6 🪳 cockroaches in the room

old looking room and noisy at early starting from 4AM due to restaurant kitchen nearby blower sound.No 24hr hot water in bathroom.Water kettle provided on request.No daily room cleaning services.

Property is located at a good location close to popular temples and saree shops. There are a lot of veg restaurants as well in close proximity. What was most disappointing was the mattress that was provided. We booked a room for 3 people and we were assured a mattress. The mattress was broken and cannot be slept on.

The property was maintained really well and the staff were also nice. The only issue was the hotel is tied up with a restaurant where the food was okayish and very late.

Cockroaches under the bed, when asked to change room they didnt and one of them went out to get a spray and never came back

Room was not upto expectation for the rate paid. Also the reception said they will give for 2K all inclusive, paid 700 more for mmt.

Room service is poor. Otherwise it is ok. No room service even for morning tea or coffee. Manager is good but language problem with other staff. They neither know english nor hindi.

5 mm hotel is centrally located, walkable distance from kamakshi temple and nearer to main temples. Saravanan restaurant is attached to this hotel, rooms are though small but they are neat and clean. Walkable distance from bus station. Staff is polite and cooperative.

Room is clean, ac and hot water is available. Service is also good

Car parking and washrooms are terrible, room size very small, towels very bad. Un bearable of wash room smell.
