Review Of Nilaya Stays

Quite an unpleasant stay . Never felt the value for money . Although it is a beach side property there is absolutely no maintenance in the property. Insects were found hovering in the rooms , power fluctuations turning off the AC’s every now and then . No intercoms in the rooms.Breakfast had minimum options

We had a wonderful stay at Nilaya Stays! A special mention to Manjunath for his friendly support throughout our time there. When I came up with the idea of celebrating my son’s birthday at the beach with heart-shaped décor, he took complete responsibility and made the private event peaceful, beautiful, and absolutely stress-free. Truly grateful for his effort and hospitality. The in-house restaurant Kaai is simply superb the Pomfret fish fry and dinner were outstanding with no compromises on taste or quality. One small suggestion: breakfast could definitely be improved, as it didn’t quite match the otherwise excellent experience. Overall, a memorable and heartwarming stay highly recommended!

Property was really good as it is just beside the beach. Food was decent ...but you have less breakfast options as part of their complimentary breakfast. There are no intercom in the rooms and mobile network was bad in the area .

While the view from the resort is unbeatable with beautiful views of the Arabian sea, the management of this resort is poor. We booked a duplex room in advance and when we reached at the resort, we were told that it isn't available. We were given a standard room and haven't received a refund for the duplex room so far. The room below ours had an unruly crowd that was partying till 2 AM with loud music with management not bothering to shut them down. Food was good but there were very limited options, with most times on the menu not available. The cycles at the property were just meant as showpieces with rusty handlebars and non functioning brakes. Overall, while the resort is beautiful with a private beach entrance and a scenic drive on the Fisheries Road, we wish we had a better experience in terms of comfort. Not going here again, which is a shame because the resort has so much potential.

Stay at Nilaya Stays met my group's expectations. The spot is located at a very beautiful and calm location. The hospitality was great too. The manager of this resort (unable to recall her name) was very approachable, attentive and took care of most of our needs. The staffs were friendly and helpful too. There are few minor observations such as table tennis table was not usable, size of the swimming pool, etc. but they are all manageable. The food price was slightly on the expensive side which would be the only point to consider. Overall, its a a good vacation spot if your touring place is Udupi, Malpe or Mangalore.

I went here with my friends. The stay was absolutely amazing! The food was great although a little overpriced but it was worth it. Had the best vacation here in Nilaya!

Highly disappointed with the Ambience at Nilaya stays. Service is Pathetic, food is over expensive. They have only one restaurant KAI in which they serve continental. Food quality and quantity is not up to the mark. Verbally they say we serve Indian food but after reaching the restaurant either Indian chefs are not available or some other issue. Basic amenities like Intercom, Tea/ coffee ,milk powder sachets are not there. In the washrooms no shampoo, lotion or other things. For room service we need to call on their mobile multiple times which they answer only once or twice. The only good thing is it's near the beach. Overall the worst experience I will not at all recommend Nilaya stays to anyone. Don't fall into fake good reviews.I thought this place would be great because of all the good reviews I read, but it turned out to be a big letdown. The service is really slow, especially during lunchtime. It feels like no one is even working there because the counter is often empty. The food is way too expensive for how little you get, and the rooms are small with badly designed bathrooms. The only good thing is that it's close to a nice beach. But overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's like they charge you for a fancy hotel but treat you like you're staying in a cheap one.

The location of the property is good. Though the food options are limited the food quality is good. Need to provide an intercom facility in the room.

Nice experience but food cost is too high, rooms neatly maintained, calmness in the place and also food is ok but not so extraordinary, no sports activity only cycle and swimming pool was there
