Inaccurate details on accommodation facilities and room details eg. there is no food avl at the facility, no room services for food. There is no balcony, no telephone or intercom. For every request one needs to walk down to the reception and place a request. Even there are specific timing to request for tea which is avl on request. The facility is over priced as compared to similar properties.

Had a great stay. Neat rooms and good facilities. Friendly and supportive staff. Spacious rooms. Parking facility is available.

The stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and hygienic and service was excellent. The hotel is located very conveniently near manipal university with a lot of places to visit nearby including restaurants and museums among others. Overall, a really good experience. Loved it.

Spacious rooms. However, the towels provided were of average quality. Do note the hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor.

Make my trip rates are way higher than offline rates. They did not offer ac though it is mentioned in the property details that ac facility is available. Extra pillows, bed spreads etc were not provided despite multiple requests. Creepy service guys. For the price, not worth enough.

Property is good and my regular stay at manipal is always at rsb. Usually i book stay on phone this time i booked through mm t considering the discount offered. But i was booked with only a/c room out of two i asked for hence end up paying more than regular price which i pay for 2 rooms when i upgraded second room. While booking it was really complicated and confusing on app to choose rooms as per my needs, needs to work on this

Looks perfect for one or two days holidays. Easily accessible. Lacks veg restaurant. Nearby. Economical to got o nearby places

The service was great, the rooms were clean, there was almost everything available nearby to the location. I would stay here whenever i’m in manipal.

Friendly staff with well maintained room. Location is also near to km c manipal hospital. But booking in online is expensive by 60.

The hotel is conveniently located in manipal and 5 mins away from mitt campus, the rooms are clean and has an extra bed in super deluxe rooms to accommodate one more person. Tea and coffee can be provided and for lunch and dinner 1 minutes walk away there are lot of food joints. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Even reception less friendly, facility good and hygiene. We were given maps to all visiting places.

Accommodation was good, price was more since we booked, checkout time 10 am since we booked. Staff where good.

I had managed to book my room at a decent price. The location was ideal for me since it's located close by to the major campuses. The rooms were neat and tidy, had no issues with the service.

The room standards doesn't match with the photo at all. Wash rooms is not clean, and overall the room looks very old building. The locality is not so clean and great. I will not recommend to anyone

Very clean, neat and spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Centrally located, yet no disturbance inside the hotel. Fully worth the money spent.
