Worst rooms full of dust and cockroaches simply hyping out because it’s in main road The prices are also more priced

Room quality was not good, cockroach was everywhere in the room, they changed the room but not good enough

Hotel Location is very convenient and Good ambience, Room Services need to be improved. ************

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent—very close to Manipal and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area

Big spacious room with huge bay window .Rooms clean .Good service . Only concern I want to highlight was there is no intercom. So u need to call the reception by your phone

The service is not at all good and to bring the drinking water They're taking 2 to 3 hours time, and there is a water issue, we had the issue with water from afternoon till night.

location is good. However, not all as indicated in MMT detailed facilities etc. Like even the dental and shaving kits were not by default but on request... The reception area is shabby. Both single rooms booked had issues with AC so they provided my family a suite as complimentary but what if Suit was not available ?? Also no breakfast services apart from no in house Restaurant .. one needs to go out for breakfast. The staff was decent and polite but amenities like only 2 tea cups for 4 in a suite .. basics missing.. apart from no glasses etc. The electronic room key of Suite was not functioning properly and 3-4 times we had to seek assistance on the same... All together not as shown on MMT or otherwise on other sites. Average hotel and I may not repeat it in future

I have been to this hotel multiple times before and stayed for few days. Had pleasent experience before. This time there was room changes twice due to smoking smell and food smell by previous room occupants. The room which we got later had broken roof which was dripping which seems to be AC water, bathroom had broken attachments. Other than this it was a good stay.

Room is very basic, cost of the rooms are little bit on higher side, right fit for one night stay. Location wise it’s good. food options are very less. No South Indian food available, must be dependent on somatosensory. Staffs are cooperative enough with a smiling face. No breakfast available, not even ala-carte

I visited this hotel after 6 years and still it maintains that comfortable, clean stay and most humble and kind people there. Loved the stay and will be sraying there in future again

Room at Central Park is spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is located at the prime location in Manipal. However, no phone in room which is very essential. Every time need to call main line number

While the room was fine. It was the general upkeep. The passage were smelly . The taps were leaking curtains not clean. It's a great location though. Did not have fave food so won't rate food

Room was okay and really spacious . Electricity kept cutting off probably around thirty times. Towels weren’t very clean.

Cleanliness need to be improved a lot. Bed linens are bad. Bathroom cleanliness and towel quality need to be improved

1) Cleaniless was not there. 2) Lot of mosquitoes 3) cleaning was not done in time 4) No restaurant in the hotel makes it very difficult

I think it is problem with MakeMyTrip. Whenever i booked hotels with MMT, it was always low priority rooms allocated.
