Average Stay
The location was good and conveniently located near to the campus. However not many facilities are available in house, you have go out for a Tea, coffee or even water. The rooms were decent size, however I could find hair strands on the bed and floor, meaning the rooms weren't cleaned up well.

Location- in industrial area Food - breakfast facility is not available at Hotel. As there is no restaurant available at hotel. breakfast if included, thenYou have to take it nearby mess where very much poor housekeeping and cleanliness. Amenities - I have booked superior room in which one double bed and one single bed available with sofa in partition mode. Cleanliness of sofa and bedside tables was very much poor, otherwise, room cleaning was good. Room housekeeping facility is available after 3 PM before that cleaning facilities is not available.

Not so good experience
It's a bad experience for us. whatever facilities they mentioned were there like 24-hour hot water, coffee kettle and AC, but coming to a cleanliness place is very untidy. AC is not clean, and there is lots of hair on bed sheets. The restaurant is Veg and Non Veg mixed together. Overall, I'm not happy with the stay.

Room beds are poor quality. And not maintained.. Staffs are not helping to get the luggage. very poor response My suggestion is not to book this

A decent ac room accommodating 3.
familyThe touch of treebo hotels was seen from the entrance onwards. We booked a room that accommodated 3 adults. The room has a double bed and a single bed, along with a comfortable sofa and side table. What i liked: (1) rooms were spacious and clean (2) parking facility for both cars and bikes are there. (3) lift facility is there (4) the place is on the side of a main road, and easily accessible. It is only 5 to 10 mins drive to manipal mit. (5) there are shops very close by in walkable distance. (6) the free breakfast was arranged in a near-by restaurant. (7) staff was courteous and friendly. Hot water was available through out. (8) rooms was equipped with electric kettle to boil water. Complementary bottle of water, coffee and tea powder was present. Area of improvement: (1) it would had been nice if food was severed inside the hotel premise itself.

Poor service
Service not good. Toilet, not good ac water leakage inside the room breakfast also, not good. Proper car parking is not available.

Poor Stay
family with 4 kidsgood points: clean rooms, clean toilets bad points : no food served at the property and we were sent to a hotel outside the property and it was very unhygenic. Rooms are very small and extra bed will not even allow walking space.

The in house kitchen was not open so we had to wait for breakfast for 30-40 mins. But overall rooms were spacious and clean and good. We enjoyed our 2 days stay alot
