Stay was great, room is nice, breakfast was good, behavior of people is very good and polite. Also it is near to Royal brother bike rental services. Bus services are very good in udupi.

Good Stay
We had a large room with kitchen, living room and a bed room. very clean, hygienic, nice staff and great location. Manipal MIT is only Rs 150 away by an Auto. Hotel breakfast is the only downside, they serve cold breakfast which is certainly not acceptable to me.

Terrible Stay
We stayed at this hotel recently and while most of our stay was fine, the last night was quite disappointing. Around 3 AM, the electricity in our room went out. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, the hotel staff informed us that we needed to change rooms — at 3 in the morning. This sudden move in the middle of the night was very disturbing and completely disrupted our rest before checkout. For a hotel of this standard, we expected a better handling of such situations.

Poor Stay
The staff are very polite and cooperative but the room was very dirty. stain marks on the pillow, many hairs on the bed and bathroom door knob had oily stuff on it.

Average Stay
This is one of the overrated property. We booked room for two people but we were put in a room with two double bed. We paid around 3000/-. But against that hardly any amenities. No towel, no electric kettle, no tea coffee sachets. Hardly any staff was seen at the counter. Only one fan for two double bed. Didn't get hot water for bathing and now I am suffering from cold. They have 3 litre instant geyser which hardly gives any hot water. Staircase is too narrow. Elevator seldomly works.

Good Stay
Yes the staff is polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean. I’ve stayed here more than 2 times and will visit again. Staff was quick to address an AC leaking and they changed my room immediately. Gym and other facilities are good as well
