Good Stay
The room 310 was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it was on the main road, it was difficult to locate because prominently displayed name was different. Ceiling of the washroom in the room can be refurbished but did not cause any inconvenience. Since the lobby is bit inside, it will be better somebody can be placed at the main entrance to help with baggages. However it was truly value for money .

Excellent Stay
The property is in a good location,near MIT, the breakfast served tastes good though not many options but is sufficient.. For lunch and dinner many options are around/nearby for food.Our room was clean and maintenaned very well, worth the money.

Good Stay
The stay was good. We booked two rooms but because we are 5, they upgraded to suite. The staff is polite and answer everything. its a bit far from temple and city center but located at a prime area

I had a very disappointing experience at Treebo Pratham Inn. The toilet construction was extremely poor, and the toilet seat was very old and dirty, making the stay uncomfortable. Due to this, we decided to change the hotel the very next day itself. To make matters worse, they didn’t even allow a late check-out for even an hour. Overall, not at all a pleasant stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Location good, Amenities ok, cleanliness of the room average could have been better, bathroom especially poor. Room tariff reasonable and affordable. Overall average but has potential to be better. Breakfast options could be improved as well.

important points are hygiene is not maintained in bathroom , linens are ok but the breakfast is absolutely avoidable with no options and variety and the kitchen staff seems to be trained for being rude and obnoxious to customers as if they they are providing free food

Property is ok.. Room is very Small and very small toilet room and also Unable to sit in the toilet commode. Morning they provide complimentary breakfast Idly, Dosa, Egg, corn, Coffee & Tea.. Breakfast is ok. Direct booking they charge Rs 2400/- but i booked through Makemytrip. It gets the room for Rs 1792/-.Thanks to Makemytrip. I always recommend Makemytrip to all..

Perfect location and easy to approach MAHE
rooms were clean and nice staff. Only one issue with booking. The Google location shared by MMT was showing incorrect location and the Hotel contact were not reachable due to their unverified / untested Whatsapp system. The real hotel name is Sun Bright Hotel. So please talk to the service provider and rectify the issue.

Good Stay
An interesting alternative to a neat and clean stay at Udupi. yes, there isinitial confusion in the mind when you see the same bulding called Treebow pratham inn as well as sunbright but then the budget stay experience pretty much reassures you, of a comfortable stay. Clean rooms, basic but good breakfast, friendly service makes for an easy stay. Recommend for short stays when u have business in the city. no decent lunch n dinner options in the hotel so you land up depending on a zomato or Swiggy for that hot meal after a long day, especially on days when it's pouring cats n dogs! So watch out for that! Rests cool!
