Spacious rooms and a very gracious host. The balcony was big and the view from the balcony was impeccable.

The stay was great especially the location from balcony was amazing just green everywhere. My only suggestion for the stay was that we could not locate the stay easily and due to some reason the property owner was busy and didn’t pick the calls. It would be helpful if they place a name board outside the apartment rather than at the parking. We had to inquire many people to reach property. Otherwise it was amazing stay, if there are no people I would encourage to book this stay without any doubts. Thank you!!

A warm host/ owner and a comfortable stay. Convenient to reach too. One recommendation. The property needs a termite treatment else the wood work will get damaged irreversibly and be a huge loss for the property owner.

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying here.Location is very beautiful and close to center. This place is very well maintained.Staff was extremely friendly.Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the kitchen and dining hall. I would highly recommend this place and it is excellent for the family(I went with family 3 Adults + 2 kids).

Average, rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned properly

Heavy noise from other rooms. Parking logistics too risky. Not have any option of food. Rethink before book. Don’t go with make my trip rating

The room is in the apartment, and the room is neat and clean. But no service, no one will be there to support you much. We have to deal ourselves once after reaching room.

The hostess and their help were very courteous and helpful. The premises were clean and hotel like (not home like. Kitchen is equipped with enough facilities for a quick meal. Rooms are provided with electric kettle, which has been very helpful. Location is very accessible from manipal centre.

To locate the property is too difficult because there is no sign boards and the way to parking is congested. In the neatness, we give 60% marks only, because the bathroom is not hygienic due to lack of cleaning and all over the cleanliness

Pros: great location, excellent parking, friendly family running the place, nice view of the woods from balcony, decent rooms and common area. Kitchen and living room area are common for the four rooms within a unit. Cons: fridge is common (my beers were stolen, no microwave, my room was cleaned but sheets were not changed. There was hair on the bed.

Apartment room is not maintained well and there no worth to pay so much money.

Independent rooms, but shared in same apartment. Each apartment has 4 rooms including 1 room with a balcony view. Rooms are large and clean, but you will not feel the privacy of an apartment. The owner stays next door.

It was a nice budget friendly stay at green stays situated at prime location. Owner is also helpful and attentive to issues if any.
