The best thing about this property was its close proximity to the Malpe beach. The rooms were decent and spacious. However, in our place, the TV was under replacement. The beds were creaking, it seemed like the beds were old. There should've been at least one security guard at the gate. There wasn't any complementary breakfast and it was difficult to find places that served it. The Aquateria restaurant served delicious food, although it was a bit on the pricier side. The caretaker made sure everything was available.

Since it's located just near Maple beach, The rooms are basic. There is no breakfast available at the property but you have a few options nearby to explore. The restaurant food is very good, especially the fish preparations. Do try the local fish instead of the regular ones. Had a good time overall. Umesh the caretaker took good care of all our requirements. Recommended for group or small family stays.

Recommended property for beach lovers

Location is perfect, cottage also neat and clean. Only one thing you should yourself prepared for visiting places there is no guide. Auto service is good in udupi.
