It was very great, rooms are very clean beach is just right in front of the room. Ahemed and care takers very good and helpful. Most recommended stay if you’re visiting Udupi.

Stayed there for one night with family. Booked for one person but my wife and kid joined me, I missed to update occupancy. Reached there after long drive from Bangalore and totally exhausted. Was stopped at the gate by the caretaker and was not allowed inside till I paid extra amount for my kid n wife stay. Very unpolite and money minded property owner. They will behave as if they have give rooms for free stay. Not at all courageous.

The property is really nice , the rooms spacious and newly built. There is a beach just 50 steps away with easy access. Better than the photos

Property is very cozy, located very close to the beach with ample parking. They don't have restaurant in the property but cater to your food needs, staffs are good.

It was amazing peaceful stay. Serene beach, no crowd. Neat and clean cottage. Amazing service by staff. Must go place if you are looking for stay at calm place.

Had a safe and wonderful stay at dinard. Rooms were spacious and clean. It has access to clean private beach. Breakfast was good and on time. The owner and care taker responded very well. They even helped us arranging cab for outstation visit and autos for roaming in udupi. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

The stay was good and clean, very close to the beach, if you have your own vehicle it's one of the best places to stay. Limited to no food options.

Really enjoyed staying here as the rooms were neatly maintained. The staff were good and the food was good too. The beach is just 2 minutes away from the stay.

Rooms are clean and property is big enough. Very less supporting stuff. Dental kits/towells etc. Are not available by default. Need to be asked. Break fast is ordered from outside and very limited options. Price is quite high as per the location and the facilities provided.

Overall stay was good, rooms are nice and clean. However location is far and narrow roads to reach there. Rates are high, compare to that breakfast was pathetic. They don't have restaurant, bring it from outside and that too late. Staff is not supportive.

Everything is fine except food, every time we need to get it from outside which will waste our leasure time

Back water view is terrible , it's just stinky water view. Customer service is horrible. We traveled during monsoon. it was raining all through the day. There were no umbrellas in the property. Water got logged infront of room entrance. they don't have a kitchen/restaurant. They just get take away serve cold food. They don't even provide tea/coffee in room.Even if you are willing to pay for it. After complaining to owner also nothing changed. Save your money. Don't spend a bomb on this stupid property.

We stayed one day only because its near to the beach. 1)beds are not comfy 2)property owner lives in property and he is rude 3)lame breakfast (we got only up-ma and kesaribhat) 4)rooms not worthy for how much we are paying 5)no proper beach view frm property (u have to walk for 200mts) service was okay okay
