AC: Not sufficient for the room Room Size: Small Reception is outside the hotel Location is amazing

only positive thing is this property is just opposite to Malpe beach, all amenities are poor and no maintenance

Only good thing was that it was very close to the beach, other than that everything was very average and not up to the mark. Food was okay, okay proximity to beach was great. Room was stinking. Property was not maintained well

Location is fantastic - strategically located bang on the beach. Food is good. facility maintenance is below average and service is average.

Property location is very good and the hospitality was excellent our room very spacious and service team was very prompt

Food was expensive but good Location is awesome Rooms were not that good as compared to prices since there were less amenities in that price. Would have found a better price stay in same price

Overall Okay stay. Staffs were helpful. Since its rainy season, Cottage was damp and wet linen. Swimming pool was in maintenance, unable to access fully.

Rainwater trickled down into cottage's bathroom & main room. 3) Doors of the room were synthetic and therefore inelegant. 4) Only 1 Airconditioner & 1 ceiling fan in our room size of 600-700 Sq ft 5) Despite high occupancy, breakfast spread wasn't wide enough. Superb location, nothing in Malpe beats the location. Amazing food and choices of restaurants. The cottage is pretty good and we got a partial sea view from our room . Service is good. The front desk is very helpful. Definitely recommended.

Excellent stay, 4 rating just because few flaws like cottage drips water inside when raining, AC cooling was not great, and food was very very expensive. apart from these the stay was really good, nice and understanding staffs, accommodation and ambience was just top notch 👌

I recently visited this property and I must say it offers an excellent stay right in front of Malpe Beach, along with outstanding food and hospitality.

it's a great hotel. excellent location. staff are very friendly and eager to help. they were kind enough to give me an early check-in. the only problem I faced was that the room had a musty smell. though it was clean

Comfortable Stay with Great Staff – Food Quality and option needs improvement I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful environment for rest and relaxation. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout the stay. However, the food options at the restaurant, including the breakfast buffet, could use some improvement. The breakfast menu lacked variety and became repetitive, and overall, the quality of food served could be better. Enhancing both the selection and the taste would significantly elevate the dining experience. That said, the excellent service and cleanliness made it a positive stay overall. With some attention to the food, this hotel has great potential to offer a truly outstanding experience

Hotel stay is good, atmosphere is good, but food is not as mentioned, we will not get the regular food, for kids & veggies its difficult to sustain.

Old property but Location and service were very good. Staff was polite & welcoming. Cottages are decent and clean - since it is an old property, some of the areas of the property need maintenance - if you can do the renovation, no one can beat this stay. They own couple of restaurant there - Nemo's is the best, Ocean view also provide tasty food, Bubble Bar have good ambience but it is only for Seafood lovers. Thanks for your Service Team !!
