The place was very spacious, but not well maintained. Hot water was not available. However, food served from a restaurant downstairs (the laughing buddha) was amazing.

Had a decent stay. Cleanliness of room was good. Stayed in 1BHK service apartment. It was spacious and had some amenities. Location of the hotel is also good.

It was a very delightful experience on staying with the 7th heaven Property It was wonderful and fantastic. The Manipal location was also quite lucrative and stunning. The cuisines were mouthwatering 🤤 and udupi city was also good. It was a wonderful experience on staying with the Property and even the staff were also good.

The property was situated at a good location. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. It has easy accessibility to basic amenities.

Rooms were big and nice. Sofa and curtains were dusty and not cleaned well. Could have been better

The room was awesome with balcony fridge and all necessities. It is a service apartment with one of the best restaurants of udupi downstairs.

No food in the hotel. No tea and coffee also

The room was not very clean, the intercom was not working, i asked the hotel reception to clean the room but my room never got cleaned, the blanket was in a terrible condition, there was no shampoo in the bathroom i had to buy it myself, the tv was not working.

Hotel is apartment cum hotel which is attached to bar. You will hear the sound of bar and music. Not worth for the price.

The room was stinking, like it was cleaned ages ago. The refrigerator was full of rust and the kitchen cabinets are broken. The shower faucet was broken and there was no warm water even after waiting for 30 minutes turning the heater switch on. Few lights were not working. Fan was working only on 2 speeds, either maximum high or low, there was no moderate. Not even worth 500 for this hotel, but i have ended up paying 2,000+!

I really liked to stay, staffs are very friendly and nice next time will stay again in the same hotel.

The room was really great. Like full furnished 1bhk. I loved it. The location is also good. I rate it as 4. 8/5.
