Hotel Skyway Inn

Location is very good and scenic.. but services and room quality is very very poor... booked AC deluxe room and what I got was below the grade as compared to Non AC standard room in other hotels... Fan not working properly, TV not having any channels subscribed, untidy bedsheets, dirty walls

There were 2 beds & a sofa. But the stay was supposed to be "Deluxe AC room with balcony", wasn't the case. The room as it was claimed in the makemytrip, can better be listed as a house that can be rented for ₹10000 per month. I request makemytrip to delist this room from your site as such substandard stays will definitely affect credibility of your brand value. In addition to above the balcony was not there. The TV, which is claimed to be there in the list of facilities wasn't working. Also the towel wasn't cleaned & was looking with stains. Please advise them to buy a decent towel. Terrace was also listed as a facility. How can something that is above the room be part of the list of facilities within the room.

Bed was not clean or comfortable. The springs from the bed were poking the body when slept on. Bathroom is fine and decent

Hotel room maintenance was poor. Unhygienic bedsheets, room walls have cracks, washrooms are in poor condition. Good thing is ac and hot water are provided.

The service was bad, the toilets were even worse. The room had this pesticide smell. Electricity and water would get cut off randomly.

Walls of the room where not good, water leakage or fungus kind of thing were on the walls. Overall it was good, staff were good.

The ac in the suite room was not working. It is not a suitable place for a family stay. The bathroom was clean though.

I had booked two rooms at this stay for one night. Rooms look terrible. I had no option to book this stay due to high demand for the stay in udupi. Not worth the money. Rooms were smelling with comfort.

Good stay

The establishment presents itself as a dismal environment, riddled with neglect and a blatant disregard for cleanliness. Upon entering, one is immediately struck by the overwhelming sense of decay that permeates the air. The once-vibrant décor now appears worn and faded, serving as a stark reminder of better days long gone.

Highly unhygienic with respect to cleanliness. The room was stinking and bed spread was very dirty. Bathroom was terribly maintained. Overall very bad experience

Room was really good and got nice balcony and the bathrooms were ok. Only thing is we did-not have ventilation in the balcony. Try to upgrade it

Worst rooms and maintenance. Ac is not in good condition and they won't care your concern.

Friends pls avoid this hotel if u need a good night sleep after a long day. Here's my review after staying here. Pros: * hotel location is good. Cons: * room full of cockroach and it scares. If you don't believe me then at midnight just switch on the lights and check. There will be many cockroaches sleeping with u in your bed. Once you see the cockroaches in your bed, you will be not able to sleep at night. * bed sheets, pillow cases and blankets feels like not washed or replaced from many years. All stained and torn. Yuck. * room is full of mold and paint came of from the walls. From outside it may look decent enough to come and stay for a day or so but trust me it's not worth it. It feels like the property is 100 yrs old inside rooms. * rooms and washroom smell like old godowns or abandoned old theatre. Foul smell everywhere. Also, if you are wondering why so many good reviews then let me tell you that those reviews posted years back when the property management knows about cleanliness and hygiene. But if you see all recent reviews then you can make out the facts. Finally, i would not even suggest this for solo travellers let alone for family.

The pictures and the room were very different. The ac was not working properly and the sheets were full of dust. I was coughing and sneezing throughout the night. The balcony was also covered with a sheet so there is literally no ventilation or sunlight that’s coming into the room.

Room wall painting gone. Bed and bedsheets were not clean

Please don't book this hotel if you're family there's no maintenance no ac remote just waste of money need skip tbis hotel

no frills attached. just a value for money stay. enjoy manipal. bit distant from Udupi though. few eateries nearby. Doda sheera rest is 👍. can improve cleanliness by leaps and bounds. the linen quality too.

Hotel floor kept getting wet, ac wasn’t working properly (no remote control to control temperature, fan made a big screeching sound, dark and dingy rooms with accumulated drainage water just beside the window of the room. Take this hotel only as a last resort
