WIFI was not working, hot water was not working, they were not responsive to my complaints

Stayed with family.. aesthetically nicely done and maintained well.. one can feel at home.. do not expect like a star hotel setup with all luxury.. nice interiors, good service, nice staff. All I would rate high quality, not value for money

I stayed for couple of days on my business trip and it was a good experience. It's a heritage and antique property. Properly maintained and located in a beautiful and posh neighbourhood. Will definitely recommend for any one to try it out on visit to chennai.

a resort amidst the chaotic city life! felt at home...tastefully done classic interiors, handpicked plants, warm hospitality, friendly staff, homely food...& the neighbourhood is a bonus 😄 can’t ask for more especially when you are travelling on work with family ❤️👍

pleasant ambience with lot of trees. my stay for 3 days went peacefully. little bit concentrate in breakfast

Bad management, we are two persons having booked two rooms but they don't know whether we book one or two room, i am waiting outside for 30min to confirm the room, after that i called to manager he had helped me and resolve this issue, this is not acceptable. Rooms are very average as they had charged more.

The area/location is very peaceful and the hotel is too good. The rooms and washrooms were very neat and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The food is also good. Over all good experience

The stay was horrible. Besides the location, there was nothing good about it. The rooms were smelling foully and extremely musty. The linen of the beds was unclean and dirty. The washroom was not well kept. The food at breakfast was stale and there were barely any options.

Chose the place based on the reviews on mmt. I am absolutely delighted with the place. An oasis of calm and peace and tastefull decorated place. Plenty of greenery that is soothing to the eye

The property is a no frills but distinct with a homely feel & lot of greenery. Room was clean and all services worked well. Best for long stays. Only drawback is a bit interior and not walking distance to nearby markets etc. Located in a good residential area with plenty of greenery & walking areas. Food is made to order & did not try it out.

Very enjoyable, in the midst of nature and an excellent ambience and a hospitable staff, comfortable and memorable stay

The moment you enter in, the greenery surrounding, the fish pond at the entrance and the lounge gives us a very nice homely feeling. The staff i met at the reception kapilan was so courteous and smiling, helpful the two nights we stayed. The food was also having the homely touch. Everything about this place was good. I will definitely come back for sure.
