Water accumulation out side of hotel. Leakage of every tap in bathroom

Location was pretty good but the cleaning and cleaning staff was not there telephone of room is not working. So if i need something i have to go reception again and again for something.

Hygiene , cleanness are below par, no water bottle provided , taps are leaking , ac not effective

ok for staying there while a flight to catch as it's close to Cbennai airport, otherwise very average stay, rooms are small and very old. There is a foodcourt nearby. Overall ok, cost shoild be bit lower though.

Room was not clean.

Water kept dripping from the washroom tap. The toilet seat was not clean. There was a smell coming from the washroom and there were macaws. On the side, outside under the window, there was a lot of macaws and it smelled like dirt.

Not that much neat and clean. Hot water not coming. Daily cleaning not done. Drinking water facility not available.

No one can respond immediately more negligence no respect i think this is worst service i here ever

Bathroom comode was without jet shower. No towels even after asking. Made a mistake booking this hotel

Rooms are not good as per photo graphs no food and washrooms very bad tv not working waiting time to long for check in

The hotel was not clean very dirty, wifi was not available at property, no towel soap or other things were provided by staff

Hotel location is very good, near metro. But no services in hotel, room cleaning is not regular, no food service, even no tea arrangent. Next time i will not book here

The place which i booked for stay arjun residency inn charges less than 1000- for outside people and i booked through make my trip for 1500 per day. Make my trip disappointed me really. I will publicly post about this on linkedin. As this is serious issue.

The location is good. The property is maintained terribly, the ac doesn't work. There is no breakfast or room service available. The room and linen are smelly and not clean. This should rather be called a lodge than a hotel. The overall experience is terrible.

Not up to the mark washroom door is not working unable to latch it in allotted room and poor wifi and amenities

Hotel is located very near to the metro station. I reached around 11:30 pm. I had to ask for blanket. To my surprise the guy said he doesnt have one. There were lot of mosquitos and they did not had any repellent. Not worth the money charged.

Bad. So not taken any pics. Unfortunately powercut issue there. It's not about environment in that hotel entire night power cut issue there

Cleanness was not maintained in the room. So bad room bedsheet and covers. Mosquito also there.

Worst, it is not a hotel rather a lodge, utter place, looking at that hotel i never thought to stay and surprisingly after confirmation in mm t and payment also been made they said they have no room, such a dirty place it is and mm t is promoting i did not stay finally, never recommend to business class people
