Stay not bad...food i dont k ow about it we dont take food.. Location excellent, facilities good, room was average and hygiene also average..bathroom good👍

the room is decent, however the curtains are extremely dirty. the biggest disappointment was their breakfast. the complimentary before for which u are charged a hefty amount is capped at 150 rs. the menu doesn't have a pricing as well. no juice served on breakfast. the best is they can serve u dosa or idly with a tea / coffea which is sub standard in all ways. booking recommended only if it's an overnight stay without any meals at the property. also, they turn off lights in the lobby after 12 making it very difficult if u step out of the room as u either need a flash light or walk the aile in dark.

Availability of water in the bathroom was very less. Took long time inside bathroom for taking bathe. Service was very bad. Even after completing about the issue the room boys didn't. Gave timely approach. Then just left.

Stay was very comfortable. I got a good sleep. Quality of food is also good. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Excellent property and very convenient to us c activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Was a wonderful stay at nayyar residency with high hospitality, taste y food and ever helping staff.

Stay at nayyar residency was comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, the bathrooms are not provided with hot water. Staff at the reception, housekeeping and the security are helpful & friendly. Breakfast along with the room is very basic with limited options. Can be improved with some variety and quick service in the mornings from 8am. Done.

Rooms are very clean and equipped with all amenities which are needed to stay over. In addition, restuarant is serving good authentic south indian food with limited options.
