The property location was not good because there was a huge drain running by. The window could not be opened because of that. There was no room service at all.

Room's which are provided by them aren't airy and windows are permanently closed..... just below the hotel there's a comercial bakery...so there's is smell of bakery other side of hotel has a open drainage system which is always running like a waterfall with bad smell indeed.... Hotel do not have any food providing facility....not even a tea..... Overall worst experience with a family in Darjeeling..

The Hotel that I've booked on MMT refused to provide me the room, when I show them I have booking here, then they arranged rooms in other hotel. This was a frustrating experience, anyway the other hotel room was just ok.

location is far from mall road, cleanliness was not up to the mark ,blankets were not clean giving foul odour, bathroom were not cleaned properly, not worth the price at all It was a poor experience, terrible cleanliness location is incorrect as depicted in map and overall not worth the money

The property host was a nice man, very welcoming. The rooms were as expected. The geyser didn't work on the first day though. The only major issue was the property location. Makemytrip showed us a different place than the actual location of the hotel. The hotel is actually situated in a pretty faroff place from the main mall road. We had to walk a lot more than expected.

Location is close to busstand. So as expected there's sound and crowd most of the time. But the rooms are not bad at all. Just that it requires a bit of make over like geysers for all the rooms, kettles to heat the water since we are in a hill station. More power sockets etc. Even if price is increased by 2-3 hundreds is also good.
