Very disappointed
Our checkin experience was horrible. The reception seems very careless and felt they are not interested to receive customers. Took too long to give us the keys and the management seriously lacks a sense of professionalism. Even after spending 7k for a single night the experience is worth only around 1k (what do you get in a cheap lodge. The reception people should take a beginners lesson on how to greet people and learn basic manners

We have booked online,just a few hours before reaching,we were informed that A/C will not function…Their reasons for that was unbelievable..like it is a big issue and could be fixed after 24 Hours..People from Chennai has to come…etc.But the staffs were nice

Good stay
Place is located right next to railway station and after chengalpattu bus stand. Basically right in the middle of a bustling area. The family suite room is spacious enough for 4 people. The restaurant in the hotel is a bit expensive which i felt was downside

Our experience was very good at hotel akshay grand. The food and service was very good and rooms were also very clean.

Poor Stay
This is not a good hotel. There is no lift. The housekeeping is not providing the basic facilities like toiletries etc. The towels are not clean and not in good shape. The breakfast is brought in packets from their nearby restaurant and very limited choice. Overall it is a bad experience.
