Review Of Neora Valley Cottage

Location and view were nice but given rooms in the resort instead of cottage, also some of our materials were also stolen from our room by the hotel boy and his friends and they didn't even returned it to us. Overall bad experience.
Had a bad experience because I booked neorw valley cottage but we were provided with the room in the resort, even after paying for the cottage.

Its a very nice property in a remote place like Rishyap The rooms and bathrooms were pretty good and clean. Location is also nice with good views of the mountains I faced some issues regarding the booking but the staff (2 local boys) are not trained to deal with even petty matters Tried reaching the management but they seemed to be in a different bubble altogether Otherwise, it was a pretty good experience The approach road is bumpy and hotel is a bit difficult to locate though.

Good Hotel For Stay. Nice View Of Kanchenjunga from The Place. Rooms are good. Overall good place to visit for 1 or 2 days. The Roads are not very good for 6 km after Lava. Nice view can observed 360 degree. One can see Nathula pass if the weather is OK.

It's a nice hotel and people are friendly. Nature is at most beautiful here and the environment of the hotel is very close to nature. Room was nicely furnished and every other facilities are available here.

The caretaker was drunk and behaved abnormally with us. Whatever we asked for were made available after long time. No electricity till 8pm even no generators. I think hotel management intentionally switched it off. Water supply was inadequate (almost no hot water). They did not provide breakfast even we waited for 1hour. We complaint several times to management but they were not bothered with the fact. However location of the hotel was amazing. Service were pathetic.

The place is amazing and the resort is also veri nice and clean. The service is very good. The people who were in charge of the resort were very warm and nice. The food is also fresh and good. But just the road from lava to rishyap is very bad.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The location of the resort is awesome.We spent very beautiful time over their. Best place to relax. It is the place for whom who likes peace and want to relax in nature. The only thing that they can improve is the service.Their communication with the visitors are not that much appreciated
