Very good location, stay and service

Very good ambiance and worth the price..

The house is exactly as described. Nice and cosy. House was handed over to us in clean condition. My 2.5 son was running around in the well maintained lawn. Few things which the owners need to improve: lighting in bedroom is low. We had to use phone torch to find our clothes in the wardrobe. Electricity was coming and going but the house has UPS. Only downside is if you want to cook as the house has induction and it won’t work on UPS. Also during hot weather in May fans don’t help if power is not there. AC is needed. Bedroom has AC but owner should think if installing one AC in drawing room as well. We loved the place and will come back again as well.

Very neat and well maintained house.. very comfortable stay..

It was an enjoyable stay for one night. Well maintained house and good amenities. A few other basic amenities such as paper napkins, coffee creamer, a toiletries stand in the bathroom and a bright light bulb in the bedroom would be great additions to make the stay even more comfortable. A few downsides: erratic power (though UPS was in working condition) and no presence of security guards at night (some people may feel comfortable having an overnight guard given the somewhat isolated location of the house).

Everything was excellent. It's a cozy homestay away from the city but has all amenities. Well built and maintained, and enough outlets nearby. And if there is anything you need, you can reach out to the caretaker of the property or the team managing it. They even helped me setup my itenarary as it was my first visit to Nandi Hills and I did not know what all to visit.

The property is really well maintained with all basic amenities available for a small family. Owner behaviour is good however they don't have a public toilet for the driver . The security guy is extremely poor in terms of behaviour and attitude.

The host of the property was very professional and kind. The property is located in a very beautiful location within a gated community. The house was well maintained and clean. All amenities were available. Overall had an amazing stay.

It’s a little place stoked away on the road to nandihills. It is well maintained and the overall experience was hassle free and smooth. You order in food or cook yourself. There’s a nice lawn out front where you can chill and bask in the sun having coffee.

I enjoyed the staying. The place was so peaceful and beautiful. I recommend the property. My pet enjoyed the place a lot.
