Review Of La Serene

Facility inside the room is not good and very conjusted space and bathroom is outside the room and non hygienic in bathroom, leakages, Dirty and not satisfied.

The only thing good about this property is the location. Rest is all bad.. real bad. Visited with friends. Two families and 2 pet dogs. No restaurant inside the resort. You need food? Use swiggy - thats what they said. Or give an order and wait endlessly. Consider urself lucky if u get food. inhouse restaurant is available, but we go there and find out that it is closed for a few weeks. Property owner did not have the courtesy to call us and inform that. All we got is a rude and arrogant response from them. Rooms were in a horrible condition and unclean. this as a pet friendly resort (just to compete with other petfriendly resorts). As per pets can walk leash free, pet food, bowls available.. bla bla. Completely opposite to what actually there is. No space for pets to walk around. They dont offer pet food, staff are really scared of dogs here (Pet friendly???). We plan these weekend getaways to rest and relax, but these guys are experts in making sure you dont get them. Do not visit this place. Dont get fooled by the pics!

One of the worst stay of my life. Staffs are so arrogant and rude. They don’t have in house kitchen, they say the property is pet friendly and lease free zone for pets but few of the staffs are scared of dogs and we’re arguing with customer to get them leashed. Hospitality is 00000. Just don’t visit this place if you want leisure book somewhere else or better stay at home. We have booked for 2 nights but because of the overall experience we requested for one night cancellation and checked out next day morning but the resort denied any refund. They charged 2000 rs for pets and did not provide any dog food. Hope this resort shuts down or at least management is changed to ensure hospitality.

Bathroom was not kept clean and I had to ask the manager to send his person to clean the bathroom the moment I occupied the room. They said that the stay includes complimentary breakfast buffet. I never had such a horrible breakfast buffet in my life in any resort/hotel. They gave a so called dosa with potata masala with no chutney or sambar. In addition to that there was bread and jam and some rava upma. The room rent is super expensive for the quality of service offered. very rarely I could see someone at the reception. even when I reached the property there was no at the reception and I had to wait. While the checkin time is 2 pm, I was given the room only after 4 with no proper cleaning done. I also see that all resorts in Nandi hills are extremely expensive and I wonder what so special about the place. All in all I felt I wasted money in this trip.

Location - good. Near by places like nandi hills, adiyogi isha. 1hrs drive to lepakshi food - average. Limited menu options in dinner/breakfast. Cook not so prompt. Amenities - average. Cozy, pet friendly. Tree house is ok with all basic facilities. Services - good. All requests such as extra bed for kid, arranging breakfast, serving dinner, were taken care of. They have facilities for bonfire/rain dance/ swimming pool/tent house stay observation - per the services offered (room size, food options) looked over priced. Staffs need to be more proactive specially while serving food

Poorly maintained treehouse. We were given dirty bed sheet and blanket. Food ordered from silver oak cafe was bad and expensive. Breakfast was terrible with limited options. Definitely not worth the price i paid.

it was comfortable and okay. nothing much to do in the place. just have a pool and lots of place to walk. otherwise the room has nothing to offer in general. not even coffee is free if breakfast is not included.

Ambience is only good for tree houses. The studio am never suggests it's not worth it and the bathroom isn't clean

muzammil was too damn good… i guess one of the best experiences that we have in la serene. muzammil thank you for providing an exceptional hospitality . will visit again soon

Had received conformation on booking but on reaching the resort was denied accomodation stating they are full

I paid 7000 for one night stay but it was not worthy at all

Hospitality is good, Dinner taste isn’t that much good but overall experience is superb

Terrible is a respectable word for this level of property. This property is costly for even 1000 rs per night. Already shared photographs which is self explanatory.

The resort did not received our booking and hence we were not allowed to check in. It was my 5 year anniversary and you had put me in such a bad situation. Later la serene gave a tent stay which was really uncomfortable. Case is already raise and waiting for mm t to respond

Washroom of tree house is exposed to outside and lacks privacy. Stayed in tent cottage which is average. Washrooms could be cleaner. Staffs are good and polite. No toiletries were provided. Tea maker is horribly placed and not used. Only bare minimum breakfast option hence only taken tea

It was a really nice stay and we have enjoyed a lot. Their accomodation is so good and good hygiene looking forward to visit again
