first I will tell the positive one hospitality was very good... the owner was very fast on giving reply for our needs... in that there is 0 complaint to me .. but the building is older than we expected it was no sanitized fully.. the bedsheets used in both bedrooms were not at all washed.. our full family was sneezing until we were at that property... bathrooms were clean on the looks... but water was very slow ... mainly the curtains it was normal one's.. were we expect the curtains maintainance is mandatory for our stays... and the cupboards in the kitchen if we open itself it was horrible smell coming out . by that we can understand it is very old building though they have covered outerly by painting the over all building... and the master bedroom door lock was broken , were we were unable to lock the door.. everything needs to be noted and rectify their mistakes i think they will take it as a positive note and review it accordingly... overall it was a bad experience for our family...

The stay was excellent, the owner had all the arrangements ready and was very helpful and supportive. The stay is big, creative and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Great location with a good view of nandi and skandagiri hills, especially from the roof top. Great host. Beds and sheets were all tidy and no smell.

There was no caretaker as such and kitchen facilities are limited. There is plenty of space for sleep. Location is nice. Kitchen and bathroom facilities to be improved. Not good for family. Best for large groups.

Location and views are amazing. Perfect for a group outing, with both rooms having 2 double beds each. The mountain view is clear from the terrace, where one can have barbeque on request. Decor and aesthetics of top quality. Nirmal was a wonderful host, will visit again.

It was nice and relaxing. We travel-led in a group and all of us had fun. The best part was the view from the villa

The place is really good for the price. Good aesthetics and really friendly owner. Highly recommended for bachelors and family
