Quality Experience, simple & delicious Food, staff behaviour was good , WiFi

To start with the room first,. the bottom part of the washroom door was broken and also the door has Net installed at the top through which you can actually see through 🙂. The washroom didn't have the exhaust fan or window for the Aur ventilation, so the air or the gas was going in the room itself. The room also didn't have any windows apart from the door. All the wall and ceiling had water seepage. We booked the room for 3 people but the extra bedding was not provided with a proper blanket and sheets. No wifi connectivity was available, the one which they shared was getting disconnected every 5-10 mins so we had to just stay there without WiFi. Coming to the charges of the room, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

It was great experience, owner of the hotel was very humble, supportive and cooperative. Room was clean, service was good, food was delicious. If you want to take lunch, dinner, you will get fresh food served by hotel.

Hotel is very good. Property location is good food is very good

1. Best service in the mount abu area. 2. The owner jaswant singh and the team are very humble and polite. 3. They send a vehicle for pick up from the stop without any cost. 4. Also they have arranged bike which is too good. Actually they have a contract with bike rental and they will provide you maximum one year old bike which is too good. 5. Also, they have an inbuilt kitchen, whatever you want to eat they will prepare at a nominal price and the food was pretty delicious. 6. They will help you everything like guidance, pick up and drop, suggestions for purchase, morol support, trip planning, etc. 7. Only we have to collect a hot water from nearby connection, because heater is non usable in cold temperature. Heater will not heat water. 8. We will suggest providing a room heater and they can take an extra cost, because the temperature was too cold. This is only suggestion. Must visit place.

Geysers are not installed in the bathroom. No mirror in the washroom. Terrible stay. I would not recommend any to stay there.

The host is so humble and caring. He was following with us as we were on a long journey of 11 hours and made sure we reach correctly. He stayed awake for us until 11pm and arranged for dinner. Cute rooms and cleans as well. It’s in the city center and hence easy to access the market and nearby points as well. Wonderful stay.

We came here in night and lost our way but the owner helped us in reaching the location and made arrangements for dinner at late night. He also provided us the itenary. Now coming to the room part it was an average room having clean washroom and stay was comfortable.

A loo pratha was super, good service and jaswant bhai helped us for site seen, in this price very good stay.
