1. Property don’t have air-condition in entire villa. 2. They don’t have any waste disposal system, just throwing in the jungle, photo enclosed. 3. The caretaker is not allowed to cook the food, nor they provide any cook. 4. Swimming pool is not a pool, it is just a small pond without water. Otherwise the property is very good, neat & clean. If all the above points taken care then it will be very good place to stay.

The location and the property are good, we enjoyed our stay there. But there are a few things which they should work on. Like proper hot water was not available in the bathroom. And the rates are a little higher compared to the similar properties available at mount abu. But the place is recently renovated and it was clean and well equipped. But they are not allowing guests to cook their food apart from normal breakfast things. The caretaker there told us that you can cook food here. Proper whiskey glasses were locked inside the beautiful cabinet and the caretaker told us that these glasses are not for guests. He gave us water glasses to enjoy our drinks. Overall the stay was good. The caretaker was helpful.
