worst experience in villa. no light, no clean bathrooms, no clean room, bed staf

toilet seat crack. no water supply at night, no dust bin, bathroom mug handle broken, no room clean, toen out towel provided, no tv, no wif

This time I will not see bad service from the hotel. The hotel service is bad.

i had to go to another hotel , my booking is in other hotel but manager told me to go another branch of hotel.

This is very worst experience to stay in this hotel. Firtst of all booking for this hotel is very bad decesion. in site the photo and the realty is far distance. Hotel is very dirty . bed are very old . bedsheet are not clean . bathrroom are not clean . blanket are torn . very bad and poor hotel . Not recomended for online booking .

I booked one room with two double beds but the owner provides a different room which was not compatible and the condition of the room was very very bad. 1. Wall paint was in damage condition which was looking so bad. 2. Tv is out of order. 3. The blanket was in dirty condition. 4. No space for the luggage in the room as the room size was very small. 5. Hotel staff was not corporative. 6. No arrangement of hot water in the room. 7. Two hours spent the time in room without light as there is not arrangement of power backup.
