good accommodation but there is no any provision about toiletry things like towel , toothpaste and soap

Rooms are not neat and clean and very congested. Room Air conditioning is also not working. The bathroom is also not clean properly.

Pathetic facility, poor room hygiene, unsatisfactory room service, cockroach & insects inside room, unhygienic extra bed sheet, pillow, towel

The hotel space was very congested, the room allotted for one bed even through books for family /04 mambers. not near an clean

The overall service and accommodation quality were far below expectations. The TV was not working, there were continuous water problems, and several other issues made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, I was surprised to see extra charges for basic drinking water, which is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your guest services to match the reputation associated with The Leela brand.

washroom was not cleaned ,and room was strinking very badly. water tap was not working properly. overall every thing was horrible.

Location is good but other services are pathetic. As informed by the available staff, most of the employees have gone on holiday due to holi festival. Canteen was closed. Only they were able to provide tea.

Property is new and good and it is near to temple also gabber is about to 2 minutes drive market is also at walking distance.

Tv not working, washroom are dirty, hotel staff comunication error, bad sheet & blanket are dirty, room not cleaning

The location is good and it is near the Ambaji Temple. Rooms need a lot of maintenance. Rooms were not clean and there were ants running on the ground and walls. The bathroom was not clean. Rooms were not up to the quality of the amount you pay.

Good location however wash basin leaking, unclean washroom, shower not working, fan regulator broken, a. C. Not working. Needs improvement

Approach vary bad. No provision for food breakfast. Room very small for 3 persons it looks like guest house not a hotel

It's a good and budget hotel. It is very near to gate 8 and 9 of ambaji temple. The staff is cooperative.
