I'll equipped room. Maybe one can stay for the night. Don't expect room service.

Food was too high priced.

Never come to this so called resort. It is neither a resort nor a hotel, but a way side tin shed! All there are -tin and ply elevated sheds with never washed sheets, poor beds, dirty toilets, a so called small carpet that has never been vacuumed and insects and rat around in and out. Served by part time kids who are helpless, but courteous. No WiFi No telephone, NO Hot water. Poor food. Absolutely regret at having stayed there ans wasted a day! NO camp fir no activities and the only help they did was to get a pass for the safari at WWL sanctuary for which they charged additional 300. The name of this place should be changed. Do not ever come here as a family any way. And they charge as if they are in league of a 3 star! PATHETIC, TO SAY THE LEAST! Please remove this place from the travel sites to help future unsuspecting travelers.

The host was great. Everyone was nice ... The cottages were superb ... Elevated platform. But interiors were plush. The in house restaurant was. Closed but they still managed to arrange for our dinner ... The wildlife scantuary is very nearby

Highly recommended for wildlife lovers, due to its serene calm location just outside sanctuary. Staff is very courteous and food is lip smacking. Overall the best place for its price and location. I would definitely return for stay again.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. But the rooms are not maintained neatly. I felt the bed linens and blankets were used. And the toilet seats were disgusting. They cleaned the same when I requested. Only one power socket and hot water is not available in the room. They will provide in a bucket from somewhere else. The only advantage is to reach the safari point at Muthanga in 5 mins drive. Food also was average. Better to stay in a hotel at Sulthan bathery, if you are concerned about hygiene.

Hotel is very nice to stay, I enjoyed with my friend. Food quality is very good. Neat and clean. Staff behaviour is very nice. Room is very nice. The location is very nice. I would like to stay again when am going to Wayanad.

The staff is very helpful. But room didn't meet the expectations. Rooms don't have hot water facilities. Room was stingy. Bathroom is awful. Average bed comfort. Lots of bugs and no preventive measures taken. Nothing to do around the area except the senseless waldlife safari and Muthanga Sactuary. Food doesn't any choices one choice for all.

This hotel is located very close to forest. Check post of forest department is just one kilometre away from this hotel. They will arrange barbeque on request. Restaurant is also available. Food tastes good with a homely touch.

Good place to stay, surrounded with green nature ... This is a wonderful resort to couple are group stay with good service ... Food is awesome, with Kerala style. The staff was friendly, professional and always ready to assist. We do recommended this hotel, we will go back.

Its a good stay for travelers, its in the center of the city Worth of money. Need to improve on service point. Also allocate the parking space for vehicles. Overall it was a mild stay would definitely here which is worth of money. Recommend for all.

Though the location was good, but we felt room was not worth the money (not sure about other resorts) service and food was good. Helped to get wildlife sanctuary tickets. Overall we had a good experience.
