The room was good but the washrooms were just ok. The parking was good but the staircase to enter the room and the place outside the room was not clean at all.

I stayed at this hotel for only an hour and had to leave due to safety concerns for my family. A few boys were loitering around our room, and even at 11 pm, they followed us. We left the room at 11 o'clock at night, and they continued to follow us. We could not feel safe and left the hotel after just two hours. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, and i urge makemytrip to take action to ensure the safety of its customers

Service is not good. Toilet is not good. Bad smell. Room is not clean. N bad smell. Bed also not good. Mainly. Garbeg smell. Waste of money. Dnt refer any one this hotel

We didn't had a good experience during our stay @ royal tourist home. The rooms/bathrooms weren't clean/sanitized. There was a stinking smell all over the place. Bathrooms didn't had the heater unit. We had to get the hot water from the 1st floor lobby/common to all the guests. Cigarette/bidi buds could be seen fallen on the floors while entering the rooms. Faced power issue as well. Amenities mentioned in the app aren't available. Basically if you are travel-ling as a family, please avoid this place even if you find some other stay which is either far from the location u want to stay or expensive.

We booked 1 room for me and my friend, and when i’m reach they said all rooms are full, so we try to move by police, but they arranged 1 another very very bad room for us
