no proper hospitality and there was not such vibe like just the rules and rules and rules and they didn't even hesitate to provide me towel

Better than expected, Happy for their environment.

The room was late then check in time the room which was booked was not cleared prior but they give us a better room 2 hours later location and facilities were good

It was going good until it was not because the morning host was rude and inconsiderate

Our stay at Musafir in Udaipur was unfortunately not a good experience. The electricity was unreliable, and the hygiene standards were quite poor. The staff was often unavailable, and we had to call them repeatedly even for basic needs. The switchboards in the room were not working, so we couldn’t charge our devices. The mattress was too springy and uncomfortable, and the AC had no regulator. There wasn’t even a fan, despite the claim that the room “stays cool.” In reality, it was very humid and hot inside. To make matters worse, the wall was dripping water onto the bed. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.

It was good stay , the host fullfilled all the requirements which we needed, overall a good experience.

Absolutely terrible stay at Hostel Musafir. The reception had a constant bad smell, dorms were dirty, and the bedsheets themselves stank. Bathrooms were poorly maintained — no exhaust and even the shower wasn’t working. The canteen experience was the worst: the staff argued over the price of a simple water bottle, charging ₹30 for a ₹20 MRP bottle with zero shame. On top of that, the restaurant manager was rude and highly unprofessional. This place is unhygienic, overpriced, and lacks even basic hospitality. Save your money and avoid this hostel.

only terrace is good they apply their own rules absolutely out of the world like they allowed you to use ac in your room only 9pm to 9am which is not mention while we booked their prop ,why would we booked ac room for? to utilise ac in their own time

I have booked superior room which i didn’t find it as shown in photo it’s like 70% same only space according nd I feel it litbit costly as well.. nd they definitely have to mention that there is no parking availability for 4 wheeler that will help the first time visitors ... what I love about this stay is the outside sitting I just love it for that 9/10 nd there food is worth to pay I just lived there food as well .. all over stay was good enough

The room was good..cafe and rooftop was expectional..it has good connectivity and walking distance so see lakes..food was little pricey and cleanliness need to be improved.. overall experience was good.. thank you.

It was my first time staying in a hostel but since I saw good review about this one. I wanted to try once. We were a group of three girls and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and the host was very nice and friendly. They have a rooftop restaurant which give you an amazing view and delicious food. All in all if you are a budget traveler then this is the place you are looking for. Amazing ambience. As women travelers we didn't feel uncomfortable at all It was my first time staying in a hostel but since I saw good review about this one. I wanted to try once. Stop

We were supposed to check out at 10:30 AM, but we had an accident and suffered serious injuries. Both of our phones were broken, so we couldn’t contact the hotel staff. After receiving treatment at the hospital and getting the phones repaired, we returned to the hotel at 2:00 PM. The hotel manager then asked us to pay 1000 rupees. We are requesting your help regarding this matter.

The Rooms were below par, and the hospitality was terrible. Starting from the host till the cleaning staff all were very adamant and rude in behaviour. The staff was behaving in a manner that the guests are their slaves. It was a horrible stay for me and my friends.

The best stay with friendly staff and without any restrictions

I stayed for a very short time, but even in that time, I felt really good — it was like a dream. And the food justified its price.

Location is not good, food and Cafe Owner MR Rathore was awesome. But the Owner of the property is a Mindless moron not allowing outside food and if you did constantly asking for cover charges. one fine day I asked for Knife to cut fruits for my breakfast staff denied and even ignore cleaning your room, AC was not working properly no dential kit, hair dryer or any soap as shown in Amenities I brought my own. Constant power cut no generator. I met some amazing people overthere.

Staff behaviour is very rude and they don’t answer properly and they cancelled our booking by them self
