excellent hotel, great customer centric service, central location and good food👍

I requested to property for cancellation of my non refundable booking of 26th on17th. But they didn’t

Property was good. However, the hotel has provided lower category room on the first night than what was booked by us. When i had escalated the issue by submitting issue resolution form on makemytrip application. They upgraded our room on second day of stay. Need refund of difference in room rent for the first night.

Excellent heritage property and excellent service. The rooms are big and well maintained. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Good haveli style hotel. Home like ambiance. The staff is very friendly. The city palace is at a walkable distance. The only negative thing is, as this is actually a haveli, not all rooms are of the same size. So if you are lucky then you will get a good room.

Hospitality was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Will recommend for anybody who wish to enjoy a peaceful holiday.

The property is really good. I came back to this property after 10 years and it still is in a very good shape. Close to major attractions and restaurants. Swimming pool was clean and there were two tortoise around to keep you company in the garden. Recommend everyone to come and stay at this place.

The stay was really good and gave a home-like feel. The property is in a posh area near lake city hotel and oppo. Gulab bagh. The staff was really supportive and very professional. Hygiene and cleanliness, and overall ambience were great attraction. Overall, i give it five stars.

It is very near to gulaab bagh and pichola lake

This is one of the best hotels in udaipur. The staffs are really friendly and polite with your request. Hotel is 5/5 in terms of stay, cleanliness, location and interiors. The swimming pool was added plus point. I enjoyed the pool side dining area. Since my train was late at night, the hotel staff and manager let us leave our bags in their hotel locker. This was really helpful for us. I will definitely choose it again for another trip to udaipur.

the property ,which is apparently 250 yrs old is amazing !!! very well maintained and has an old world opulence that is hard to find these days... polite and courteous staff prompt service yummy food highly recommended 😊

Food quality was very good. Well ventilated and hygiene was upto the standard. Child friendly. Very happy with the overall quality and experience. Staff is also good.

the hotel is really pretty but the service and management needs improvement. they do not provide slippers and were rude when asked about the same. food won’t be served in rooms due to a lack of staff.

I had a short 2 day stay at hotel mahendra prakash, but the experience was really awesome. The place was great, at a good locality, neat and clean with all amenities. The staff was really good and supportive. Place is nicely maintained quite a serene stay. Highly recommended this place !
