Very nice experience staff is also very supportive and cooperative ....location is also good

room not clean well. complimentary drink not given. deduct money of drinking water.

Hotel vinayakmm is not so much good in location and not responding well while calling also to reach hotel and rooms quality was not good enough.

not provided medicine for fever even they refused to bring from medical shop, i ordered for lunch they provided after 2 hour and told mistakely given to other room, no tv was in the room, no giser were working, first they provided smelly room, after multiple time insisted they provide balcony room, overall very poor expereince

room cleaning not proper, for early check-in demand 300rs, first day kitchen not open. receptionist behaviour not good, welcome drink not provided, TV not working, Ac not working properly, Electricity down many times.

I stayed at this property for 2 days, property location is good it is near by city palace, 1st days they have given ground floor room which has much noise around the room, room was not leaned properly, room service was very poor, wash room was smelly, although room size is very good

Hotel room was just ok, where as location on google map is not accurate, i struggled a bit while searching the hotel main gate.

If we see the cost, then it's fine. The location is also fine. 600 meter from gulab bagh and 800m from city palace.

They did not even gave us the room they said we are not having free rooms we saw them the screenshot of makemytrip booking but they said we are not having free rooms we lose our money terrible experience

The service level was not up to the mark. The cleanliness was poor. The quality of bedsheet and bed was pretty bad. The washroom were dirty. Overall it's waste of money for me.

Location of hotel is good but lacks comfort level. Rooms are having basic facilities only. Staff is cooperative.

Bedsheet and other bed item very old & in dilapidated condition. Table with chair for working on laptop is not their. Bathroom toilet commode is in bad condition. cigarette smell found during stay. Television was fixed on side wall instead of front wall.

Not at all clean and hygiene. We can’t sit on sofas. First day i saw insects in bathroom. Usually i think that make my trip provide a good hotel, they proved it as wrong.

It was pleasant stay with the family at the hotel "OYO Vinayakam" and I did find Supportive staff there.

Stayed is good in near pichola lake good area with good parking facility. It's located nearby of market lake cafe n palaces

Cleanliness required, service was very good, staff was very courteous location is a bit tedious overall a great place to stay

It was very comfortable. In my stay breakfast was also included which was good. This place is usually nearer to lake pichola, city palace and many other places so i would definitely recommend this place.

Average stay experience. Good facility for low budget. Near to city palace walkable and affordable. Easy to reach and fast check in

Its a great spacious budget hotel. Booked it for 2 days during long weekend. Price was quite awesome 1000 per night. As per price segment during long weekend, hotel is really great

Best place to stay. Staff is so good and friendly. I was travel-ling with my mom still i am feeling safe their. Hotel room is very nice and well managed. Well recommended
