Rooms were very smelly ,staff was untrained . property is old that is renewed , drainage line is not clear.

Pathetic stay. Would not recommend anyone. What shown in pics is opposite of what we saw. The washroom was smelly, the washroom seat was broken. There were even bed bugs. After requesting, they changed our room at midnight.

My stay at shiv villa triply Hotel was truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience

We parked activa in parking at 11.15 a.m and then we are seen at 12.00 a.m, activa is not there. I found activa outside the hotel at road area and other activa was broken with lock and side plate. We ask receptionist to solve this his reply was not good. Receptionist not answering any questions about this. Hotel room flush and fan is not working.

The condition of the room is very bad. There is no option to eat at the restaurant and hygiene problem. very bad experience. no room service no reception response.

Property is nice nearer to centre attraction so you can walk and explore all the area easily. Parking is limited for four wheeler so first come and get aligned is the key. Rooftop restaurant is also good but as compared to other at this price range it is very good but we have experienced other better property at this range so giving 1 point less that's all.

i found the property in a bad shape, the rooms had a foul smell the washrooms were dirty and smelling horrible the paint was coming off the swimming pool which was shown in the pictures while booking was out of service.

Very poor service. Staff was so terrible. One of my friends was injured during stay They didn’t provide ice as they told ice was out of stock . They were not having any manners that how to treat their client .

The property's location was quite convenient — just a 5-minute walk from the railway station, and also within walking distance to Pichola Lake and Jagdish Temple. It had nice facilities like a pool, which added to the overall experience. However, our stay turned into a nightmare due to a serious bedbug (khatmal) issue. We found bedbugs in the bed, and I have photos and videos as proof. One of my friends was even bitten. After reporting it, the hotel changed our room, but unfortunately, the new room also had bedbugs. Eventually, the manager shifted us to a different property altogether, which caused a lot of inconvenience. This level of hygiene and handling was completely unexpected from a property in such a prime location.

It was very pleasant stay and the hotel is so good and nearby to every spot and also the staff is very very very helpful

Nice room at very affordable price and the location is also near the sightseeing places. Definitely will be the go to hotel whenever I'll visit udaipur next.

Room location is not that upto the mark as well the staff service is so poor. They dont even give proper reply for room service. Food quality is also average according to rates the charged.

The stay was fine, but the room did not meet expectations. It looked nothing like the images and was much smaller than anticipated. I was really disappointed with the space and felt like I wasted my money. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

great property. Rooftop was my favourite. Service was little slow but overall friendly staff. Will sure stay next time

we reached udaipur in morning 4.30 am traced managers number from chrome All India central contact of Hotel chain then he permitted us to check in before check in time @300 extra payment. pl provide responsible numbers in future

Actual room and uploaded photos of room are different. Bad room service. Rooms were not properly clean

It was good but somewhere service was lacking behind like electricity, water, room service etc

Very bad services and third class stay experience. Rooms wall paint is falling down from the walls. Mattress spring were coming out from mattress.
