Review Of Mughal Resort

Stay was good. Staff was helpful. Location is prime, lack a restaurant in the hotel. Over all a plesent stay.

Hotel is situated in a small street. Carpet of ground floor, stairs and corridor of first floor wrer torn and durty. Light was deem in rooms. No hot water supply. On being asked it was informed that hot water will be available from 9. 30 pm to 8. 00 am only. We had checked in around 6. 00 pm. Hot was not at all sup-pied till 11 next day when we checked out. An electric nacked was running through outer side of balcony of first floor which may cause safety hazard specially to children. There was no arrangement of tea/food in the resort.

neat and clean rooms and washroom wifi also available there ,hot water they are providing heating blanket also staff is good, location near market they are telling everything about PAHALGAM as well about hotel how can hot water came and heating blanket who can u see this very very beautiful guys we are feeling like we are at home if I visit again PAHALGAM i will stay at Mughal resort We recommend this property for all

Ambiance is good. Service is also ok. Liked the stay. Hot water is a bit issue as they don’t have heater and warm the water through boilers but overall good experience

Lee heritage stay review our stay was very comfortable and highly up to expectations. Hospitality, cleanliness, staff behaviour, room service, ambience. All were excellent. Whenever we will visit srinagar, our first priority will be lee heritage (for stay. Mughal resort pahalgam review easily located, staff behaviour was good. Cleanliness was poor, facilities were poor including warm water and electricity back up. Even tea wasn't available in the morning. Overall it was an average stay at mughal resorts. We will look for other options whenever visited pahalgam again

The hotel was very shabby. Didn't have any geyser facility, no electricity at all, no electric kettle was given, they provided electric blankets which were not working. Didn't have even a room heater as substitute. The facilities which were mentioned, none of them were available. The hotel staff do not have any idea about guest service. They provided room service food in packets, didn't even provide any cutlery to eat. I have never experienced a room service where dinner is served in plastic packets. If we asked them for any facility like room heater or replacement of faulty blankets, the hotel staff came up with a blunt "no" for everything. When temperature dropped to 1-2 degrees in the night, no hot water was available for guests and the hotel staff didn't even bother to arrange anything else for that. Overall it was a horrible experience and i am extremely disappointed.

The location is good enough liked the stay. Good for low budget

I didn't find it hygienic. Not even clean. It was difficult to spend even one night.

Although the hotel is good it took me quite a long time to search as there was no internet connection in Pahalgam and the number given in for the resort is not working. The stay was good and service was also good.. Value for money.

Maugham Resort is right on the main road of Chandanwari. The rooms are neat, clean and a great value for money. It is at 3-4 km distance from Betaab Valley. So you can easily trek/hike till the valley. The view from the room is breathtaking. One of the partners of the resort also cooks delicious Kashmiri food on request.

Location is good, room service is good, value for money, hot water provided with no extra cost, it is better to go before July month, horse ride is Awesome, cool place and nice natural beauty places ...
