Hotel lack basis amenities like water towel soap and blankets and strictly not recommended as no customer service

No water no electricity entire family was frozen as kashmir weather was -1

Had a great stay experience. Staff is really really nice specially mudasir bhaiya. Don’t think twice before booking this great hotel.

1. Location of the cottages is on main road so easily found 2. Restaurants is just nearby and the food is really nice 3. The owner/host is humble and makes sure that we are comfortable and had no issues, he is available all the time to help us in every manner. 5. He also arranged the cab for sightseeing at the hotel only. 6. Very nice infrastructure and cottage is newly developed. 7. We all really enjoyed the stay and we strongly recommend this cortage for stay in pahalgam
