Review Of Mudumalai Holiday Village (20kms from Masinagudi)

We booked a basic room not a primitive one. We had, bed with spider, water tap as shower and 1980 model TV without channels. Epic of all, power went off at 11pm and never came back. Despite the request they were not ready to switch on DG. A night to forget.

Simply waste

1. Normal room is very very very very small. 2. Tv takes up 10% of space in room, room is that small 3. Parking area is good 2. No room service 3. No sitting area outside, we have to sit on the steps or ground. 4. No plates or bowls, so we can't even order from outside

Basic rooms are small but clean, good parking space, cottages are well laid out.

Receive a small bed, not compatible for 2. Overall face normal experience in hotel, budget friendly

Location is good amenities are good food service is very bad, in fact could not get complimentary breakfast till 10 am, so had to check out early

I recently stayed at mudumalai holiday village and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. The service from the host was outstanding; they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The ambiance of the village is perfect for families, with plenty of space and a welcoming atmosphere. There is also ample parking available, which made our stay very convenient. Although new villas are still under construction, this did not affect our stay in any negative way. The only minor downside was the breakfast; i wasn't a fan of the bread omelet. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, i highly recommend mudumalai holiday village for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

I booked with breakfast, but they did not provide any food and even the restaurant is not working. My breakfast money gone. Also the basic room is not much comfortable and villas are awesome.

Room was very dirty. No mirror in the room. No char or wardrobe. Feeling cheated

Good stay very helpful must go for the property that has been located and the spotted deers that we had spotted nearby our villa it's a good experience excellent food and arrangements they had made for us thank you

Mattress wasn't good and not at all usable. It's stinks and power was always tripping. Light outside of villa wasn't there at all. Overall very bad experience. Will never suggest to anyone.

The hotel is on the way to gurdalur. It is a collection of small cottages. Did not seem to be a planned hotel. However it was really quiet and cozy. Rooms are decent. The hotel serves food if ordered. They served us delicious chicken chettinad foe dinner with plain rice!
