the stay and the rooms were very comfortable the staff was also very polite but the food quality was not up to the mark and the restaurant was not good.

Overall experience was good, except that room did not have intercom to connect with housekeeping. Had to look for people in kitchen for help.

This is the worst experience with MakeMyTrip booking in my entire life. The property was beautiful but has been completely damaged. No cleanliness, limited staff, Intercom not working, had to visit the restaurant which was in a different campus in heavy rain for breakfast and lunch as they provided only dinner for room service due to limited staff. The property is mostly damaged and falling apart. The furniture is not repaired. Stains in the pillow and mattress. Wifi network is only available inside the restaurant and reception. You can't call to complain from the property as there is no mobile network. For any requirement we had to visit the reception due to no network and intercom. The only good thing was the behaviour of the limited staff available.

The property is good but it needs serious maintenance. The staff is good and cooperative.

No hot water. Lack of lights in the Resort premises after sun set. Too many frogs hopping inside the room. Light not working inside the Bathroom. No intercom to call in restaurant and Reception incase we need anything or in emergency. Entrance door not opening and closing smoothly. Had to bang and push the room entrance door for that. Room is too small. Breakfast was not that great. Was fine. Staff was helpful. Even at the restaurant. Resort is spacious. They provide paid cab services. Water is 24 hrs. But hot water not working. Overall it's Average. Depends on which room you choose for your stay.

room was not up to mark. No facilities provided. No wifi and TV working. Room full of dull smell. No cleaning maintain room was not up to mark.

We booked 2 standard rooms for 2 days, but one room had its bathroom door nearly falling so they gave us a Family room And the next day we had to change rooms again and they gave us another 2 Standard room. Over all experience was very nice the staff was friendly and helpful. My only problem was the constant room changing. Aside from that a very nice experience.

MTDC Matheran has good approach but rooms and Bathrooms need to be improved. Lots of equipment was not working. But food was good

Location is average.. its not in matheran first of all... its near dastoori parking and area .. second, they have no room service or reception... basic amenities like toilet paper, dental kit, tea/coffee etc. missing...didn’t have good experience over all...

Stay was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. The check in process was smooth. Room service was also good. The staff was helping. Also there was a restaurant in the mtdc service and the food quality was also good.

The resort was great. Spacious rooms are full of greenery. Just one thing is the wooden furniture, doors and windows are all old so it takes a little effort to push and pull them, maybe a little renovation can help. The overall experience was good.

Hi. I was trying to reach customer service for my complaint. There was a very big lizard in 1 of our rooms so we couldn’t sleep there. There was nobody to register our complaint in the resort. Please issue refund of 1 room. I can share pictures

It was a good experience to stay in mtdc .we got some difficulties for room service but rest is good .

Only the dinner and morning breakfast were good... The power went out 4 times at night and didn’t return quickly... There was no drinking water. There was no WiFi in the room.

The stay at MTDC was good as the location is very nice full of greenery and it's a big property.The food at the restaurant is also good.The room which we booked was big and well kept with a view from balcony.the property needs some maintanence and some more staff to maintain such a beautiful place.Alos there is no mobile network in MTDC so be prepared,instead the whole of Matheran has issues with network except some places near market The stay

Dirty walls, broken switch board and dirty laundry including bed sheet and towel. No water bottle provided, wifi doesn't work inside the room

Very unhygienic place, bedsheets were very dirty and even washroom was very unhygienic. No lights were there in the way to restaurant. errible place to stay.

this resort was too good .. entrance at matheran gate hotel on walking distance just few steps so you can easily drop your luggage and feel fee travel to matheran also amam lorge toy train station also near ..
