Rooms are old and not properly maintained. Out of 2 rooms, one room couldn't be opened. After 1 hr waiting and talking to reception, finally new rooms allotted. Food is worse. Staff is very few in number for maintaining this type of resort. The charges are very high compared to the facility & food. However, the available few staff are very humble and courteous.
There is really serious problem with the management looking after how rooms to be kept, deploying proper cook & proper other trained staff.
Ratings and puctures shown can't be trusted unless you visit the facility.
Better to stay at Indore or Ujjain in a much better hotel with same amount
