The rooms were good, neat & clean. The property was very good with having garden & A. C. restaurant. Staff was also good & cooperative. The ambience of the premises is very good. They have a garden as well as A.C. restaurant. The rooms are neat and tidy. The staff is cooperative. Food is good. Having private parking.

Not worth for the price
We book suit room for 1 night. Room was ok ok , not worth for price. Bed was too hard n not comfortable. Bathroom was clean . Not happy with hotel staff.

Good Hotel to stay with
The Hotel room was clean and comfortable. But the bed linen was not as clean as expected. It appeared to be already used and the same set up for us also. I realised it after using the bed since we were tired after hectic travel we slept. But the towels were fresh and the toilet was clean. Breakfast was fairly good and simple. Staff was cooperative and the room boy was very nice and responded to our requests. But the intercom was not working posing poblem in communicating with reception or room service. Hotel requires improvements for the charges we pay for this place.

Good Stay
Overall a good experience with clean room , with a hygienic washroom and bedsheets. Dental kit and other things are not provided even after asking. and we have got complimentary extra 2 hr checkout time voucher from MMT but hotel doesn't honour that and asked to. check out at standard timing 11 am. staff is polite and supportive

Terrible Stay
While checking in, the person at reception refused late check out. Whereas, through make my trip, clearly indicated that I will be allowed flexible 24 hours check in and check out. My family with a little kid was forced to wait at the reception

Shabby hotel very bad staff. Horrible food bad quality. The reception is covered by Bhupendra Goyal who is no less than a Goonda by behaviour totally rude. Must strictly avoid this hotel

wonderful Stay at Devraj Palac
my memorable stay with my parents at Hotel devraj palace. cozy & spacious rooms and good room service. would like to mention that on request hotel management accepted extended stay for my toddler with wife. hotel is situated on road and having enough parking space. food was really tasty.

It was very good experience the place is best for family stay over all i will give 9/10 for hotel stay, hygiene, food, cleaning and most importantly the manager of the hotel is very polite and cooperative we reached at hotel late night but manager made the all arrangements promptly quit impressive as at such small location hotel is providing such good services.
