Location, food were good. Property was average. People were accomodative. Very poor in dealing with electricity failure

Bad experience regarding food

Room was huge. Bathroom was big with waah basin outside the bathroom. There was a two seater sofa and table also. Neat and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. One negative point is that the room has glass windows on three sides and the curtains were white and some torn as well. Therefore there was too much light in the room in the night as the hotel is located on the main road. During morning hours also too much light from the Sun. The management should put proper curtains/blinds to take care of this.

Property is located on the main road with ample parking space. The room was spacious. However the room was stinking (the bathroom floor mat was wet and was not dried at all) and the bathroom had the bad smell of pigeon poop. We could hear the pigeons roosting on the space outside bathroom ventilator exhaust fan. Food was okay and priced right.

Okayish experience, room was near and tidy but the washroom were not good, basic toiletries like hand wash, soap were not provided.

Food: poha n parat was great. Idle sambar not good rooms- decent. No hot water coming due to solar heater location- good

During our recent visit to maheshwar, my family and i had the pleasure of staying at the hotel royal residency for a delightful one night and two-day stay. Our experience at the hotel and in maheshwar was memorable, marked by commendable hospitality and enchanting local attractions. Hotel experience: - accommodation: we opted for the 'royal room' which was spacious and airy, providing a comfortable stay for my wife, two kids, and myself. While the room was largely satisfactory, it would benefit from a fresh coat of distemper to enhance its appeal. The hotel has expressed plans to undertake this, showing their commitment to continuous improvement. - staff and service: the hospitality at hotel royal residency was exceptional. The staff, notably mr. Ritesh sonia and mr. Verma, were cooperative, well-trained, and exceptionally supportive. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay for guests was evident. Mr. Soni, in particular, impressed us with his initiative to provide a comprehensive notice board featuring useful local information, reminiscent of the services provided in high-end establishments. - culinary delight: as vegetarians, we were particularly pleased with the dining options. The food, curated by the head chef mr. Kewat, was both homely and flavorful, offering a perfect blend of taste and nutrition, rightfully earning a 4/5 rating from us. - location: nestled conveniently on the main state highway, the hotel's location is a strategic gateway to local attractions. With narmada ghat merely 1. 5 km away and the main market at a walking distance, the hotel serves as an ideal base for exploring maheshwar. The availability of parking, especially for four-wheelers, adds to the convenience. Areas for improvement: - maintenance and cleanliness: while the overall cleanliness was commendable, attention to finer details, especially the cleanliness of the utensils, could further enhance the dining experience. Additionally, the room's aesthetic could be elevated with timely painting and decoration. Maheshwar experience: our family thoroughly enjoyed the local attractions, especially the narmada ghat. The children, in particular, found the boating experience to be exhilarating. The town's rich cultural fabric and serene ambiance provided a perfect backdrop for a family getaway. Conclusion: our stay at hotel royal residency, maheshwar, was a blend of comfort, cultural immersion, and commendable hospitality. While there are areas that call for enhancement, the proactive approach of the hotel staff in addressing feedback assures us of an even better experience in future visits. We stayed here on dc 24 and dc 28. Exceptional ambiance and excellent food! staff is curtis and of helping nature. One of the member had a birthday and hotel helped us celebrate with “aukshan”.

Room was good but bed sheet and blanket were not clean. Bathroom lock was broken. .

We really like the room and the service. Food is alsi very delicious. And it is near from all the places. Even the handloom shops are nearby. I'll recommend this place.

We paid the total amount on the app, however the hotel asked us to pay the gst over there saying it as a separate amount to be paid in person. Also the washbasin was inside the room itself and the mirror was foggy and not usable.

Stay was comfortable. Room & toilet was clean. Staff was very helpful. Location was ideal. Shopping & eateries we’re close by. Check-in and check-out was smooth & quick.

Rooms are dirty. Washroom walls are broken. Lizards everywhere. Only poha provided for breakfast. Hotel is in a under construction building.

Rooms were nice, clean and well maintained. The reception area was under construction but rooms were nice service was also good, best thing was food at their restaurant ot was excellent. Location of is on the highway 1- 1. 5km from maheshwar ghat it was an overall nice stay.
