Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing experience staying at MPM Gusset House. The rooms were in terrible condition and nothing like the photos shown on their website. There is simply no comparison between the online pictures and the reality. The rooms were very small, dirty, and not maintained at all. Cigarette ashes and dust were left on the tables and chairs, the mirror was dirty, and even the bed sheet provided was extremely thin and unhygienic. The worst part was finding cockroaches inside the room. The room didn’t even have a proper window. The bathroom was horrible – no proper window ,mirror, broken shower with very low water pressure, and it was not cleaned at all. Hygiene and cleanliness are completely ignored here. Another big issue is the management’s attitude. If you book online, they will push you into the worst rooms available. Even if you ask for a better room, they refuse to change it and are not cooperative at all. For the kind of room they provide, the cost of per night is a complete rip-off. Honestly, the room quality is not even worthy. It is highly overpriced for the pathetic facilities they offer. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a total waste of money and a very unpleasant stay. There are far better hotels and guest houses available at the same or even lower price.

Terrible Stay
First of this guest house location not showing correct where is it exactly and the service is very poor, rooms and rest room are in damaged conditions. Matters also dirty and very old type. No hot water inside the room/restroom. Also some bad small is there and guest house staff full fit in alcoholic mood. This is the condition of mostly all guest house of the puducherry but this guest house is worst

Poor Stay
businessOverall waste of money. I have booked deluxe room once i reached the hotel. They told there is no deference between normal room and deluxe room. Rooms not looks good bathroom also very bad. I have never experienced like this hotel.

Mpm guest house - one of dirtiest hotel
soloRoom is ugly and dirty. Bed sheet was replaced with no pillow cover and sheet was not cleaned. Towel was like not cleaned properly for months. Bathroom is same condition and not cleaned. How they can charge money to customer for such filthy room?

This place have a nice road view rooms and good ambience nice manner staffs such a nice accommodation by their staffs near by bus stands and etc. One poor thing is they have split beds in rooms so that only poor otherwise they have a heaven in pondicherry so kindly vista whenever you go to pondicherry

Worst
They were really rude to us. After a tired and long journey, you wouldn't expect that. How hard is it to just give the keys and show the room? even after upgrading to an ac one, they were still rude.

Budget hotel stay
Very near (opp to pondicherry central bus stand)to busstand, close to restaurants and transportation (like auto, self driven rental bike) available near guest house also staff behavior nice and pleasant stay for couples 24hours budget hotel stay

Initial receptionist behaviour was not good. Even we unable to reduce the tv volume, and sport channel subscription not available. Regular power problems also. Waste of time waste of money. Not available

Very congested

Hygiene
The room was small, dirty, no cleanliness, room smelled, washroom was very dirty and the walls had leakages, no cupboard, no mirrors, bedsheets towels everything was more dirtier and so unclean.
