Review Of Grand Ocean inn

My stay at GRAND OCEAN INN was disappointing. There was no sound on the TV, the bed wasn't comfortable for a family(2 adult and 1 child), and there were cleanliness issues like toilet and bathroom,tobacco are on the toilet.They didn't even provide drinking water and toiletries. Management needs to improve these issues.

Need to do repainting.Room no.212 Bathroom entrance wall edges are broken . Actually I booked 2 deluxe rooms and 1 classic room . After I reached they provide us all classic rooms . I asked them for deluxe , but they said all rooms are same , there is no deluxe room . I don’t know then why they listed on the Booking page . Beware when you book . Not recommended for families.

Staff was cooperative in providing services in time for the customers, and overall, good hospitality.

The stay was decent enough. The rooms were good clean. However, just the washrooms were a little dirty. The jet spray in the washroom were not that good as those were having rust and the towel i got were very dirty, and apart from this, the AC was working, it was working nice When we requested for a extra towel as we were two people, they said only one towel can be given.

nearby bus station but beach are far better to book rooms near beach if u want to spend time near beach

The room is clean and good, very near to all beaches and the room is located at the city center. The room rate is budget friendly. The room staff are very cooperative.

This was a poor experience at this stay. First of all I booked 2 rooms for 4 people, however they refused to provide 2 rooms by giving a reason that all the rooms were full. If all the rooms are full then why did they even take a booking? Secondly when we asked for extra blankets/ pillows they even refused to give it. Room was small for 4 people to stay even though they said the room was family room, they just provided the couple room for 4 people telling that it’s a family room. Overall it was a very BAD experience!!

Clean and well maintained rooms. Bed was not for 3 adults and defective. Location ok but not near white town. Staff was good and helpful overall good for short stay.

i booked the hotel for 2 adults. after reaching the hotel. they asked to pay 700₹ more to give the 2 beds unless you will get only one bed they mentioned. a bit of argument happened. was a little bad experience

Rooms which are claimed for 3 people can accommodate only two. For a third person, no extra mattress was provided.
