Location is at road side, but calm and quite. Have amble parking space. Room was neat bjt felt little bit small. Overall nice. There was not much requirement for connecting with the staffs for me, so no idea about staff behavior. During check in and check out they were nice and that's the only time I communicated with them.

Average Stay
The stay was okay, but hospitality needs improvement. Wi-Fi was provided, but the password didn’t work. The room had an AC, but the remote was missing. As for the food, breakfast was good, but the à la carte dinner was disappointing. Overall, it was an average stay.

It was worth the price i paid. Really clean and good condition . Check in and checkout was quick and easy

stay was good and comfortable only two rooms out of three were utilized due to last minute cancellation of one family..tried to cancel one room a day before but wasn't accepted

One of the worst stay in
Room and Amenities was very bad. Matress was also not comfortable to sleep. Breakfast Quality was very bad.

Good Stay
Had a comfortable stay at Hotel Mount Avenue. Overall it's a good property, but need to improve quality of food and timing. Kitchen closes at 10 PM and they don't serve anything post 10 PM. Swimming pool was clean and decent enough. Bonfire was supposed to be complimentary and given as amenity, but were asked INR 1500 for bonfire separately.

Mountain View hotel rooms with view of a wall
We had booked 2 executive rooms. Both these room balconies had their view blocked by a wall. Upon requesting the hotel, they refused to allot another room saying it was an online booking. MakeMyTrip customer care also couldn’t do anything here as it was a fully paid booking and hotel staff told if we refuse to stay in the rooms provided, there won’t be any refund.

Average experience.
Location is good and food was okay. We booked three rooms, out of that two rooms were terrible. No flush water and no hot water as well. The rooms having dampness spot everywhere. The hotel property is good. Would not suggest to book the room by looking at picture. Expect average experience. Staff was polite, looks to me they were understaffed. Breakfast food arrangement was good with variety and it was properly managed.

Everything was good. With respect to food: the complementary breakfast was very poor. Taste was also poor and items was also very less and quantity was also less. Regarding stay - all ok. But water was problem in the washroom. Hot water was not available in the morning. Also the sink and commode flush was not working after some time.

Stay was good , rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay. I belive if the can hire more staff it would improve customer service too . Food was average , availability of hot water at morning time they need to work on it. Swimming pool too was decent
