There was no water facility in washroom,room was dirty,no staff was available,it was a disaster.request mmt to exclude this type of hotel as it hurts. mmt credibility

This property is not for humans, it's a house for Dogs, crows and monkeys. Untidy rooms and no hot water is not available . Fan regulator does not work.You can see 5-6 dogs in the verandah at any given point of time making it difficult and scary to walk inside. There is not even drinking water available. No one is available at reception except dogs. Not worthy staying for free.

No food was available. There was no television jn the room. The first night the TV in the bar was switched on in very high volume and it was on till almost 1;30 am in the night and I could not sleep. On the last night, 2-3 people were going on talking till 12:00 in the night just outside my room and I could not sleep. Also today on the last day, there was no water in bathroom taps till 8:00 am.

Absolutely bogus, fraud and unprofessional hotel owner. She is a lier and put people on trap by lying. Never go for this hotel ever when anyone goes to goa. They are always ready to eat up customers money and cannot even provide proper customer assistance.

Excellent service and food

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful.

Ac rooms didn't have working ac, check in and check out timing as per the booking is different and enforced by the resort different (it was a very big hassle, no and very slow water supply, costly food (not all items were fresh or tasty)
