we could not locate the property..In car we spent 30 mts for the location..we enquired at atleast 4 people in local language to find the location..there is no name board in the road to identify the property .fortunately , we approached the security guard who is looking after this property helped us ..after reaching the property, there is no formation about our booking. and no care taker .the mobile phone number given in the booking was switched off permanently..the security talked to the concerned person..Mr Varun who is responsible for this property is not staying here..he wanted our booking copy and our adhar card for verification through what's app .after verification we were allotted the room..it took more than 45 mts after we reached the property .
rooms were not clean, no bed sheets provided ..no one could help us to get a tea ..the flask which had to bring from outside was broken .we could get filled water in a glass bottle ..there is no iron box or fridge or any other utensils in kitchen..request MMT to send a team to verify the quality of the rooms before publishing for booking...this is the first time this happened in MMT booking ..pl reconsider publishing the property in your MMT portal..or change what you offer here
