Good Stay
We stayed in Mint flower residency, Sultan Bathery, Wayanad. We got a good room, hospitality was good. Mainly the property located in mid City with all good connectivity.

Good value for money stay in the heart of the town
Rooms were clean, the front desk was very professional and quick, underground parking was ample, location was very convenient, lots of restaurants around, the rates were value for money

Excellent Stay
the stay was pleasant. very calm and quiet rooms, safe place for families. located at the heart of the city close to restaurant and other shopping areas. parking area is not so good.

Average Stay
groupThere is no lift. Stairs are too tall for older people to climb. The rooms are ok. Ventilation could be much better. Staff is co operative. Good for friends, couples & youngsters.

Gst bill not provided as paid exact value through makemytrip app
I booked rs. 1075 through makemytrip app and they provide gst bill rs. 1028 only. They are not ready to give rs. 1075 bill.

Ma'am you have booked a non AC room but you have upgraded it to AC room and two person became triple that's why we charged extra amount. Next time when booking a room we would be better if you clearly inform which category room is required and how many members are staying in it. anyway thank you very much for your valuable feedback.
Really satisfying stay
The hotel staffs all are very helpful, polite, informative. Hotel rooms are neat and have got sufficient space for 3 adults. Stay location is right in the middle of the town. We had taken non-ac executive rooms and we didn't feel any hotness inside the room. We didn't find any difficulty from them. I liked the hospitality of the receptionist very much. Even we got late for check out, they didn't ask anything extra instead they asked us to come peacefully and you can take your time to reach back at the hotel. I recommend this hotel in sulthan bathery town.

Really good
The property was located somewhat in the heart of sulthan bathery city. I got the room for around 800 to 900 rupees. Was really worth the money. The room was so neat. Bed, bathroom lights, fan was just too good. The hotel was was part of some kind of group called mint group. They have restaurant, mall, theatre, sweets shop etc which are also close by.
